PLM在大型離散型制造企業(yè)的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The product structure of large discrete manufacturing enterprise is complex, and it has the demand of small batch production. The process in the enterprise is complete, the industry chain is long, the organization is complicated, the data of product information is large, usually need to design, produce while changing, Exceptional cases require high requirements for handling. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, the large discrete manufacturing enterprises how to construct PLM system according to the characteristics of products, how to effectively manage the data of product development, how to improve the quality and efficiency of product development, how to ensure the accuracy of data, and how to improve the quality and efficiency of product development, and how to ensure the accuracy of the data. The timeliness of engineering changes, how to meet the requirements of ERP system for product data, and how to ensure the requirements of operation and maintenance for data throughout the life cycle of products are a subject that needs in-depth analysis and research. Company D is a typical large discrete manufacturing enterprise. Based on the optimization and upgrading project of D Company PLM/ERP system, the author carries out related research around the core of PLM and ERP integration-BOM. Firstly, the part system based on drawing and the system based on material are studied, and the key elements of constructing BOM such as material coding, unit of measurement, structure and configuration of BOM are expounded. The difference between PLM material classification and ERP material classification is studied. It is pointed out that the material classification function of PLM system is an important tool for standardization and modular design. Then, according to the characteristics of the product, the integrated product data model of ERP plan driven by BOM is put forward, and the transformation rule of XBOM is studied. In order to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the data, engineering changes are also studied. Finally, it discusses how to use the baseline to manage the product state and provide data support for product operation and maintenance. This paper shows the application of PLM in large discrete manufacturing enterprises.
