戰(zhàn)略變革背景下組織變革信心的構(gòu)建過(guò)程研究

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用案例研究方法,以中國(guó)化學(xué)工程S公司的戰(zhàn)略變革過(guò)程為研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)地描述了戰(zhàn)略變革過(guò)程中企業(yè)家信心和組織變革信心的作用,以及組織變革信心(集體效能感)的構(gòu)建過(guò)程。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):企業(yè)家信心是企業(yè)發(fā)起戰(zhàn)略變革的重要因素。在戰(zhàn)略變革中組織集體效能感的構(gòu)建過(guò)程表現(xiàn)為形成-強(qiáng)化過(guò)程:變革初期,溝通說(shuō)服是初始集體效能感形成的關(guān)鍵機(jī)制;隨著變革的推進(jìn),績(jī)效正反饋促進(jìn)了集體效能感的強(qiáng)化。本研究可為戰(zhàn)略變革背景下企業(yè)如何調(diào)動(dòng)員工變革積極性提供參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the role of entrepreneur confidence and organizational confidence in the process of strategic change is systematically described by using the case study method and taking the process of strategic change of China Chemical Engineering S Company as the research object. And organizational change confidence (collective efficacy) construction process. The results show that entrepreneurial confidence is an important factor for enterprises to initiate strategic change. In the process of strategic change, the process of building organizational collective efficacy is formation-strengthening process: in the early stage of change, communication and persuasion is the key mechanism for the formation of initial collective efficacy. Positive performance feedback promotes the enhancement of collective efficacy. This study can provide a reference for enterprises how to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff change under the background of strategic change.
