【摘要】：本文運用案例研究方法,以中國化學工程S公司的戰(zhàn)略變革過程為研究對象,系統(tǒng)地描述了戰(zhàn)略變革過程中企業(yè)家信心和組織變革信心的作用,以及組織變革信心(集體效能感)的構建過程。研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn):企業(yè)家信心是企業(yè)發(fā)起戰(zhàn)略變革的重要因素。在戰(zhàn)略變革中組織集體效能感的構建過程表現(xiàn)為形成-強化過程:變革初期,溝通說服是初始集體效能感形成的關鍵機制;隨著變革的推進,績效正反饋促進了集體效能感的強化。本研究可為戰(zhàn)略變革背景下企業(yè)如何調(diào)動員工變革積極性提供參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the role of entrepreneur confidence and organizational confidence in the process of strategic change is systematically described by using the case study method and taking the process of strategic change of China Chemical Engineering S Company as the research object. And organizational change confidence (collective efficacy) construction process. The results show that entrepreneurial confidence is an important factor for enterprises to initiate strategic change. In the process of strategic change, the process of building organizational collective efficacy is formation-strengthening process: in the early stage of change, communication and persuasion is the key mechanism for the formation of initial collective efficacy. Positive performance feedback promotes the enhancement of collective efficacy. This study can provide a reference for enterprises how to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff change under the background of strategic change.
