[Abstract]:On the afternoon of February 20 local time in Abu Dhabi, China Huaxin Energy Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with the Abu Dhabi government and (ADNOC), the state oil company of Abu Dhabi, to obtain a 4% interest in the land concession contract block in Abu Dhabi. The contract period is 40 years. The investment amount is $1.8 billion. This is the first time for Chinese companies to participate in Abu Dhabi land oil and gas block equity rights. The UAE Minister of State and Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi State Oil Company, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Jabbar, signed the agreement with Mr. Ye Concise, Chairman of the Chinese letter of Directors of China. According to the agreement, Huaxin China will receive 4% of the items.
