【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技不斷發(fā)展的當(dāng)下,科學(xué)技術(shù)已然成為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力,其中貢獻(xiàn)程度越來越大的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的不斷發(fā)展自然就顯得尤為重要。企業(yè)尤其是規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)作為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱,其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的強(qiáng)弱,不單單是其自身發(fā)展壯大保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵,同時(shí)也是整個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與整個(gè)地區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的重要影響因素。要全面實(shí)現(xiàn)云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)健康快速發(fā)展,就要不斷的加強(qiáng)規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,因而企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力概念的明確,測(cè)度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)方法的選擇,對(duì)深入研究云南省規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀,提升其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力至關(guān)重要。筆者在不斷研究總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上,給予了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力明確的定義,依據(jù)實(shí)用性、可比性等原則,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況構(gòu)建了包括四個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)十九個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)的云南省規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過因子分析的方法,對(duì)云南省規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了定量測(cè)度,對(duì)比全國(guó)其他地區(qū)分析云南省規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀及存在的差距,重點(diǎn)與資源稟賦較為相仿,地理位置較為鄰近的重慶市、四川省、廣西壯族自治區(qū)、海南省、貴州省五個(gè)地區(qū)從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了比較分析。最后針對(duì)所存在的問題,給予了提升云南省規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy and science and technology, science and technology have become the endogenous driving force of regional economic development, and the continuous development of technological innovation, which contributes more and more, is of particular importance. As the pillar of regional economic development, enterprises, especially industrial enterprises with large scale or above, are not only the key to maintain their competitive advantage, but also the strength of their technological innovation ability. At the same time, it is the important influence factor of the development of the whole region economy and the promotion of the whole region's competitiveness. In order to realize the healthy and rapid economic development in Yunnan Province, it is necessary to constantly strengthen the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above scale, so that the concept of technological innovation ability of enterprises is clear and the evaluation index system is constructed. The selection of scientific and reasonable evaluation methods is of great importance to the in-depth study of the present situation of technological innovation in industrial enterprises above the scale of Yunnan Province and the enhancement of its technological innovation ability. On the basis of continuous research and summary of previous research results, the author gives a clear definition of enterprise technological innovation ability, according to the principles of practicability, comparability, etc. According to the actual situation, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above the scale of Yunnan Province, which includes 19 indicators of four secondary indexes and 19 third-level indexes, and adopts the method of factor analysis. This paper quantitatively measures the technological innovation ability of the industrial enterprises above the scale of Yunnan Province, compares with other regions of the country to analyze the present situation and the existing gap of the technological innovation of the industrial enterprises above the scale in Yunnan Province, and the emphasis is similar to the natural endowment of resources. Five geographical areas, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, Hainan Province and Guizhou Province, are comparatively analyzed from four aspects. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation ability of the industrial enterprises above the scale of Yunnan Province are given in view of the existing problems.
