電解-ICP分析法測定冷雜銅中的銅、砷、鉛、鉍、銻、鋅、鎳

【摘要】:用硝酸溶解試樣,通過加入硫酸鐵銨和氨水,生成銅氨絡合離子和氫氧化鐵沉淀,過濾分離砷、鉍、銻等元素。濾液在混酸存在下,銅電解析出并使用ICP-AES測定電解殘液和所有沉淀及殘渣中的微量銅及砷、鉛、鉍、銻、鎳。通過對儀器工作參數(shù)、酸類別、電解條件、加標回收率等試驗,確定了準確測定方法。
[Abstract]:By adding ammonium ferric sulfate and ammonia to dissolve the sample with nitric acid, copper-ammonia complex ions and ferric hydroxide precipitate were formed, and arsenic, bismuth, antimony and other elements were separated by filtration. In the presence of mixed acid, the filtrate was electrolyzed out of copper and determined by ICP-AES in trace amounts of copper and arsenic, lead, bismuth, antimony and nickel in the residual solution and all precipitates and residues. The accurate determination method was determined by testing the working parameters, acid category, electrolytic condition and recovery rate.
