【摘要】：企業(yè)的設(shè)備管理工作是當(dāng)今社會(huì)各界普遍重視的問題。設(shè)備管理工作是現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,也是決定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力和應(yīng)變能力的關(guān)鍵所在。從理論和實(shí)踐角度研究設(shè)備管理對(duì)降低企業(yè)的設(shè)備維修費(fèi)用、保證企業(yè)設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)能力、提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、促進(jìn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以A公司為研究對(duì)象,分析其存在的問題并提出有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)建議。首先梳理了設(shè)備管理相關(guān)理論,包括設(shè)備管理含義、特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展歷程、研究方法等,并對(duì)相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)述。接下來在對(duì)A公司進(jìn)行調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了其在設(shè)備前期管理、設(shè)備運(yùn)行、維護(hù)及維修管理工作中存在一系列問題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。最后,結(jié)合前面的理論分析和A公司設(shè)備管理的實(shí)際,提出了A公司設(shè)備管理改進(jìn)的總體思路及方法,包括加強(qiáng)前期管理,制定切合實(shí)際的設(shè)備維修策略以及完善維修管理等方面提出了系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)方案和措施,以達(dá)到完善A公司設(shè)備管理體系、改善公司設(shè)備管理狀況的目的。本文提出的研究成果期望為A公司提供實(shí)際參考,為提高設(shè)備管理水平提供借鑒建議并進(jìn)一步提升公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The enterprise equipment management work is the question which the society all circles generally pays attention to. Equipment management is an important part of modern enterprise management. From the angle of theory and practice, the paper studies the effect of equipment management on reducing the equipment maintenance cost, ensuring the production capacity of the equipment, improving the economic benefit of the enterprise, strengthening the comprehensive competitive ability of the enterprise, and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise. It has important practical significance. This paper takes A Company as the research object, analyzes its existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. First of all, it combs the relevant theories of equipment management, including the meaning, characteristics, development process, research methods and so on, and analyzes and comments on the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad. Then, based on the investigation of A Company, the paper analyzes a series of problems and weaknesses in the management of equipment, equipment operation, maintenance and maintenance. Finally, combined with the previous theoretical analysis and the practice of equipment management in A Company, the general ideas and methods of equipment management improvement in A Company are put forward, including strengthening the former management. In order to perfect the equipment management system and improve the equipment management situation of company A, the paper puts forward the system improvement plan and measures in order to make the equipment maintenance strategy and improve the maintenance management. The research results proposed in this paper are expected to provide practical reference for company A, to improve the equipment management level and to further improve the quality and competitiveness of the company's products.
