【摘要】：食品工業(yè)企業(yè)誠信問題核心是食品安全問題,國內(nèi)外對食品安全問題的研究側(cè)重于現(xiàn)狀、原因及應(yīng)對策略等方面,具體研究如何評價食品工業(yè)企業(yè)的誠信評價模型則相對較少。因此,選取盈利能力、運營能力、外部環(huán)境及管理者素質(zhì)4個一級指標(biāo)和相應(yīng)的二級指標(biāo)構(gòu)建評價模型,提出評價食品企業(yè)誠信水平的新方法。加強食品安全管理,需要企業(yè)經(jīng)營者加強自身道德素質(zhì),也需要更加完善的監(jiān)管體系和制度約束。
[Abstract]:The core of good faith problem in food industry enterprises is food safety. The research on food safety at home and abroad focuses on the present situation, the reasons and the countermeasures, etc. However, there are relatively few research on how to evaluate the integrity evaluation model of food industry enterprises. Therefore, four primary indexes, namely profitability, operation ability, external environment and quality of managers, are selected to construct the evaluation model, and a new method to evaluate the credit level of food enterprises is put forward. To strengthen food safety management, enterprise operators need to strengthen their own moral quality, but also need more perfect regulatory system and system constraints.
