【摘要】：響應(yīng)新常態(tài)下加快經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的戰(zhàn)略需求,開展企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型加速度研究是大勢所趨。作為企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型加速度基礎(chǔ)研究部分,將戰(zhàn)略適應(yīng)性引入研究,以聯(lián)想集團危機事件作為研究素材,經(jīng)過層層剖析,認(rèn)清危機的性質(zhì)是企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型中遇到的管理性戰(zhàn)略危機,進而發(fā)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論的不足,提出了新乘數(shù)論假說,將凱恩斯模型與熊彼特經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論融為一整體,從理論上為中國企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型加速提供了工具。
[Abstract]:In response to the strategic demand of accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode under the new normal, it is the general trend to carry out the research on the acceleration of enterprise transformation. As the basic research part of the acceleration of enterprise transformation, this paper introduces the strategic adaptability into the research, takes the crisis event of Lenovo Group as the research material, after layer by layer analysis, recognizes that the nature of the crisis is the management strategic crisis encountered in the enterprise transformation. Furthermore, the deficiency of economic development theory is discovered, and the hypothesis of new multiplier theory is put forward. The Keynesian model and Schumpeter's theory of economic development are combined into a whole, which provides a tool for accelerating the transformation of Chinese enterprises theoretically.
