基于物質(zhì)流分析的區(qū)域工業(yè)生態(tài)效率評價——以湖南省為例

【摘要】:基于物質(zhì)流分析法,利用生態(tài)效率理論,開展了省域和全國工業(yè)生態(tài)效率比較研究。分析了工業(yè)直接物質(zhì)輸入和生產(chǎn)過程輸出情況,將物質(zhì)流指標與工業(yè)增加值、區(qū)域面積相結(jié)合,以湖南省為主在時間序列上作縱向比較,在空間上與全國水平作橫向比較,分析了工業(yè)物質(zhì)流的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,在分析年度內(nèi)湖南省工業(yè)物質(zhì)投入的效率逐步提高,生態(tài)效率指標逐年趨優(yōu),好于同期全國平均水平。但是,湖南省工業(yè)消耗的水泥等資源性物質(zhì)占比較大,工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長對生態(tài)環(huán)境的壓力主要作用于本區(qū)域,工業(yè)排放的廢棄物鉛、汞、鎘、砷大幅度地高于全國平均水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the method of material flow analysis and the theory of ecological efficiency, a comparative study of industrial ecological efficiency between provincial and national levels was carried out. The direct material input and production process output of industry were analyzed. The material flow index was combined with industrial added value and regional area, and the time series of Hunan Province was compared longitudinally and spatially with that of the whole country. The results show that the efficiency of industrial material input in Hunan Province has been gradually improved and the index of ecological efficiency has been improved year by year, which is better than the national average level in the same period. The pressure mainly acts on the region, and industrial waste lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic are substantially higher than the national average.
