【摘要】：隨著中國高端裝備制造業(yè)(HEM)的發(fā)展,針對HEM企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新課題的研究越來越多,通過總結(jié)相關(guān)研究,建立針對HEM企業(yè)的組織創(chuàng)新測度指標(biāo)體系,并且利用模糊綜合測度數(shù)學(xué)模型分析HEM企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新的影響因素;通過模型數(shù)據(jù)計算結(jié)果,分析得出中國HEM企業(yè)普遍存在的問題,如組織結(jié)構(gòu)亟需優(yōu)化、組織資源配置需進(jìn)一步合理規(guī)劃、專業(yè)性人才資源匱乏等。受中國經(jīng)濟(jì)良好發(fā)展勢頭影響,中國HEM企業(yè)在組織的外部環(huán)境方面具有一定優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the development of (HEM) in China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, there are more and more researches on organizational innovation of HEM enterprises. Through summarizing the relevant research, the paper establishes the index system of organizational innovation measurement for HEM enterprises. By using the fuzzy comprehensive measure mathematical model to analyze the influencing factors of HEM enterprise organizational innovation, through the result of model data calculation, we can find out the common problems of HEM enterprises in China, such as the organizational structure needs to be optimized urgently. Organization resource allocation needs to further reasonable plan, professional talent resource is scarce and so on. Under the influence of China's good economic development momentum, Chinese HEM enterprises have certain advantages in the external environment of the organization.
