【摘要】：討論了我國煤制天然氣發(fā)展態(tài)勢和天然氣發(fā)展面臨的熱點問題和行業(yè)困擾,從消費市場、環(huán)保與物化本質、能源轉化效率、政策導向展望了煤制天然氣發(fā)展前景,重點分析了煤制天然氣應用與技術開發(fā)工作,并從規(guī)劃、實施、配套全方位政策上論證煤制天然氣的實踐性和可行性。從能源利用分配、化工安全生產、典型工藝案例指明了當前煤制天然氣發(fā)展的突破口和發(fā)展頸瓶,提出了為解決天然氣能源短缺,還要顧及環(huán)保、資源等前置條件相匹配的重要性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development situation of coal and natural gas in China and the hot problems and industry problems faced by the development of natural gas. The development prospects of coal and natural gas are forecasted from the consumer market, the essence of environmental protection and materialization, the efficiency of energy conversion, and the policy direction. The application and technical development of coal and natural gas are emphatically analyzed, and the practicability and feasibility of coal and natural gas production are demonstrated from the aspects of planning, implementation and supporting omnidirectional policies. From the aspects of energy utilization and distribution, chemical safety production and typical process cases, this paper points out the breakthrough in the development of coal and natural gas and the development of neck bottle, and points out that in order to solve the energy shortage of natural gas, it is necessary to take environmental protection into account. The importance of matching preconditions such as resources.
