【摘要】：正集團(tuán)公司財(cái)務(wù)共享中心的建立,縱向上通過共享中心強(qiáng)化了集體的管控力度,保障了資金安全;橫向上促使企業(yè)形成"倒逼"機(jī)制,補(bǔ)齊公司管理中存在的短板,提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的推進(jìn),信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方式也發(fā)生了巨大變革,促使企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理方式發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理不僅需要更真實(shí)、及時(shí)的財(cái)務(wù)信息,而且更需要財(cái)務(wù)信息的共享。在這樣的環(huán)境下,財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the financial sharing center of Zhengzheng Group has strengthened the collective control through the sharing center longitudinally, ensured the security of funds, and horizontally urged the enterprise to form a mechanism of "overturning" to make up for the shortcomings existing in the management of the company. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
