【摘要】：我國(guó)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展,既體現(xiàn)在專業(yè)化分工所致的相互剝離,又顯現(xiàn)為差異化優(yōu)勢(shì)驅(qū)動(dòng)的相互融合。盡管我國(guó)已是制造大國(guó),但與之相配套的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)仍不發(fā)達(dá),而且中低端制造業(yè)去產(chǎn)能進(jìn)程和智能化轉(zhuǎn)型緩慢,成為阻礙我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、走向制造強(qiáng)國(guó)的突出短板。為此,需要從深入推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革入手,促使生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈有效嵌入制造業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,加大頂層設(shè)計(jì)和統(tǒng)計(jì)決策制度建設(shè)力度,推動(dòng)形成生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)與生產(chǎn)制造協(xié)同發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)新生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The synergetic development of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in our country is not only reflected in the division of labor as a result of the separation of each other, but also in the differentiation of advantages driven by the integration of each other. Although China is already a big manufacturing country, the producer service industry is still underdeveloped, and the slow process of deproductivity and intelligent transformation of the middle and low end manufacturing industry hinders the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure. A prominent short board that moves toward a manufacturing power. Therefore, it is necessary to push forward the supply-side structural reform, promote the producer services value chain to embed the manufacturing value chain effectively, and strengthen the top-level design and statistical decision-making system construction. Promote the formation of productive services and production and manufacturing coordinated development of the industrial new ecology.
