【摘要】：運(yùn)用2007—2015年制造業(yè)上市公司的平衡面板數(shù)據(jù),基于動(dòng)態(tài)演化視角探究行業(yè)生命周期對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)與組織創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系是否存在影響。研究證明,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力之間的"倒U"關(guān)系同時(shí)存在于成長(zhǎng)期和成熟期,并且兩個(gè)階段的最優(yōu)強(qiáng)度存在差異;而衰退期的企業(yè)卻呈現(xiàn)出負(fù)向關(guān)系。認(rèn)為在制定和實(shí)施知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度時(shí),應(yīng)當(dāng)基于行業(yè)角度,考慮行業(yè)生命周期的影響,有針對(duì)性地確定差異性的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:Based on the balance panel data of listed manufacturing companies from 2007 to 2015, this paper explores whether the relationship between intellectual property protection and organizational innovation ability is affected by the industry life cycle from the perspective of dynamic evolution. The research proves that the "inverted U" relationship between intellectual property protection and enterprise innovation ability exists in both growth and maturity periods, and the optimal intensity of the two stages is different, while in the recession period firms show a negative relationship. When formulating and implementing intellectual property protection system, we should consider the influence of industry life cycle and determine the intensity of different intellectual property protection.
