科爾沁區(qū)配電網(wǎng)10kV莫關(guān)線項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),電力行業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。在電力行業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量已顯然成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),配電網(wǎng)也逐漸成為電力系統(tǒng)的中堅(jiān)力量。配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量水平的高低,關(guān)系到電力的有效輸送以及用戶用電體驗(yàn)。最近幾年,電力系統(tǒng)主網(wǎng)建設(shè)越來(lái)越完善,供電公司也持續(xù)加大配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的投資,使得配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理受到的重視程度越來(lái)越高。在這種情況下,研究配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的管理優(yōu)化策略具有重要的意義。本論文查閱了大量的文獻(xiàn)資料,詳細(xì)的對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述。介紹了配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀。本文以10k V莫關(guān)線為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,描述了配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)在各個(gè)階段應(yīng)該采取的質(zhì)量管理措施,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理當(dāng)中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。最后,梳理出配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的影響因素,并依據(jù)一定的原則篩選出項(xiàng)目人員,材料設(shè)備,質(zhì)量控制,組織管理幾個(gè)主要影響指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理指標(biāo)體系。最后,采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,對(duì)科爾沁區(qū)配電網(wǎng)10k V莫關(guān)線項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出優(yōu)化策略。本文通過(guò)把定量和定性分析相結(jié)合,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的水平做了評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)對(duì)科爾沁區(qū)配電網(wǎng)10k V莫關(guān)線項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行分析,可以看到質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)模型是可行的,模型的使用方便了指標(biāo)的比較,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,并制定了解決方案,給電力行業(yè)在項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the electric power industry has made an important contribution to the development of the national economy. In the process of the development of power industry, the quality of distribution network project has become the focus of attention, distribution network has gradually become the backbone of the power system. The quality level of distribution network construction projects is related to the effective transmission of electricity and the experience of users. In recent years, the construction of power system main network is becoming more and more perfect, and the power supply companies continue to increase the investment of distribution network project, which makes the quality management of distribution network project receive more and more attention. In this case, it is of great significance to study the management optimization strategy of distribution network project quality. This paper consulted a lot of literature, analyzed the research status of distribution network project quality management at home and abroad in detail, and expounded the related concepts of quality management. The present situation of distribution network project quality management is introduced. This paper takes the 10kV Mo Guan line as the research object, through the empirical research, describes the quality management measures that should be taken in the construction of distribution network project in each stage, and analyzes the common problems in the distribution network project quality management. Finally, the influencing factors of distribution network project quality management are sorted out, and project personnel, material equipment, quality control, organization and management are selected according to certain principles, and a distribution network project quality management index system is constructed. Finally, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate and analyze the project quality management of 10kV Mo Guan line in Corqin district distribution network, and the optimization strategy is put forward in view of the evaluation results. By combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper evaluates the level of distribution network project quality management. Through the analysis of the quality evaluation system of the 10kV Mo Guan line project in Corqin distribution network, we can see that the quality management evaluation model is feasible, and the use of the model facilitates the comparison of the indicators. According to the evaluation results, the problems can be found in time. And has formulated the solution, provides some reference to the electric power industry in the project quality management.
