SLSP公司預(yù)精焊生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)流程是制造企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),是指在生產(chǎn)工藝中,從原料投入到成品產(chǎn)出,通過(guò)一定的設(shè)備按順序連續(xù)地進(jìn)行加工的過(guò)程。也指產(chǎn)品從原材料到成品的制作過(guò)程中要素的組合。生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)持續(xù)改善的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo),企業(yè)通過(guò)生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化,可以提高生產(chǎn)效率、減少浪費(fèi)、降低庫(kù)存、提高產(chǎn)能,進(jìn)而提高對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化的適應(yīng)度,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文目的是根據(jù)SLSP有限公司預(yù)精焊分廠螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)線的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)生產(chǎn)線流程的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,最終提出生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化的方案,并尋求優(yōu)化后的最大產(chǎn)能。本文從生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化的理論和仿真模擬的理論出發(fā),結(jié)合預(yù)精焊螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)線的特性與實(shí)際情況,確定了生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。在分析預(yù)精焊螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)線時(shí),首先分析了此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品線的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)線的具體工藝流程做了分析,另外,還對(duì)該生產(chǎn)線中人員和設(shè)備狀況,以及在生產(chǎn)流程中出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備布置與仿真模型建立中,根據(jù)預(yù)精焊生產(chǎn)設(shè)備特點(diǎn),分別介紹了各個(gè)生產(chǎn)部分的主要工作,和根據(jù)工作特點(diǎn)選取了不同的仿真模塊來(lái)構(gòu)建基于Dosimis-3軟件1下的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的仿真模型。在產(chǎn)能瓶頸問(wèn)題的分析中,根據(jù)運(yùn)行仿真模型的結(jié)論和數(shù)據(jù)分析,找出瓶頸工位,找出造成瓶頸的原因,并提出解決瓶頸的方法。在仿真優(yōu)化過(guò)程與分析中,通過(guò)改變鋼管流向的策略,和提高技能及產(chǎn)品合格率的方法優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)中的瓶頸,并通過(guò)系統(tǒng)再運(yùn)行加以驗(yàn)證。另外,通過(guò)仿真系統(tǒng)分析了系統(tǒng)中關(guān)鍵工位的作業(yè)率,并且提出整套方法來(lái)優(yōu)化作業(yè)率。最終通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的再次運(yùn)行找出優(yōu)化后的系統(tǒng)最大產(chǎn)量。
[Abstract]:Production process is an important link in the management of manufacturing enterprises. It refers to the process of continuous processing from raw materials to finished products through certain equipment. Also refers to the production of products from raw materials to finished products in the process of the combination of elements. Production process optimization is an important index for continuous improvement of enterprise production. Through optimization of production process, enterprises can improve production efficiency, reduce waste, reduce inventory, increase production capacity, and then improve the adaptability to market changes. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. According to the actual situation of spiral welded pipe production line of SLSP Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the current situation of production line process in detail, and finally puts forward the scheme of production process optimization, and seeks for the maximum production capacity after optimization. Based on the theory of production optimization and the theory of simulation, combined with the characteristics and practice of pre-welded spiral welded pipe production line, the main research contents of production process optimization are determined in this paper. When analyzing the production line of pre-finely welded spiral welded pipe, the characteristics of this product line are analyzed first, and the specific technological process of the production line is also analyzed. In addition, the personnel and equipment in the production line are also analyzed. And the main problems in the production process are analyzed. In the production equipment layout and simulation model establishment, according to the characteristics of pre-precision welding production equipment, the main work of each production part is introduced respectively. According to the working characteristics, different simulation modules are selected to build the simulation model of the whole production system based on Dosimis-3 software 1. In the analysis of the bottleneck problem, according to the conclusion of the simulation model and the data analysis, find out the bottleneck position, find out the cause of the bottleneck, and put forward the method to solve the bottleneck. In the process and analysis of simulation optimization, the bottleneck of the system is optimized by changing the flow direction of the steel pipe and improving the skill and the qualified rate of the product, and it is verified by the rerunning of the system. In addition, the work rate of key stations in the system is analyzed by simulation system, and a whole method is proposed to optimize the work rate. Finally, the maximum output of the optimized system is found through the system running again.
