工業(yè)4.0變革背景下B家具企業(yè)人力資源管理問題與對策研究
[Abstract]:The concept of Industrial 4.0 was formally proposed on Hannover Messe in Germany in 2013, and has attracted worldwide attention. Scholars at home and abroad have also carried out a series of studies around industry 4.0, but by studying the literature at home and abroad, we can find that there are two shortcomings in the previous research: first, the previous research focused on theory and lack of practice; The other is that the previous research pays attention to technology and neglects the management of people. In the process of industry 4.0 reform, the human factor may be both the resistance and the driving force of the change, so it is particularly critical to the management of human beings. The concept of industry 4.0 was put forward for a short time, and fewer enterprises practiced industrial 4.0 in China. As a member of enterprise management consulting team, the author was fortunate to participate in the reform practice of B Furniture Industry 4.0. This paper takes B furniture enterprise which is in the process of industrial 4.0 reform as the research object, and discusses the related problems of human resource management under the background of industrial 4.0 reform. Combined with the practice of industrial 4.0 reform in B furniture enterprise. In the part of the research background, the paper expounds the four possible problems in the enterprise human resource management under the background of industry 4.0 reform, namely, seeking talent, cultivating talent, using talent and retaining talent. Then taking B furniture enterprise as an example, through data investigation and interview, it is found that the most outstanding problem in human resource management of B furniture enterprise in the process of industry 4.0 reform is to seek talent and retain talent. That is, the talent gap and staff loss coexist. This paper probes into the root cause of the problem, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effect of human resource management and promote the smooth progress of the reform of industry 4.0 in combination with the actual situation of 4.0 reform in B furniture enterprise. This paper combines the theory and practice of industry 4.0, takes the enterprises in industry 4.0 practice as the research object, and focuses on the human factor in the process of change. Pay attention not only to the new technology brought by industry 4.0, but also to the change of management and thinking mode. The research on the problems and countermeasures of human resource management under the background of industry 4.0 reform not only enriches the theory of human resource management, but also provides some useful references for enterprises to strengthen human resource management in industry 4.0 practice.
