AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:國(guó)家電網(wǎng)實(shí)施主輔分離后,電力行業(yè)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。為更好的應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),電力設(shè)計(jì)企需要向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理體制轉(zhuǎn)變。在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度構(gòu)建中,一個(gè)重要的方面就是如何構(gòu)建一套項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制。完善有效的項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制不僅僅能夠提升員工工作的熱情,而且能夠提高企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的效率與效益,進(jìn)而提升設(shè)計(jì)院綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因而,論文對(duì)AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制優(yōu)化的研究具有一定的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理、激勵(lì)機(jī)制等的文獻(xiàn)梳理,提出了研究問題及研究框架,界定了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容。結(jié)合AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院的基本情況及對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)流程與架構(gòu),介紹了AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制的具體內(nèi)容,并通過對(duì)AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院從事具體項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)人員(項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、項(xiàng)目總工、項(xiàng)目部主任及其他普通管理人員)的問卷調(diào)查,從薪酬福利、培訓(xùn)、職業(yè)發(fā)展和績(jī)效管理等方面對(duì)現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制實(shí)施以來項(xiàng)目相關(guān)人員的滿意度與意見進(jìn)行了分析;谙嚓P(guān)理論研究、現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制內(nèi)容以及調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果,對(duì)AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制在實(shí)施過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。最后,對(duì)AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制優(yōu)化的思路、原則、優(yōu)化內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了探討,并給出了保障優(yōu)化后的項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制實(shí)施的相關(guān)措施。本文的構(gòu)建適應(yīng)當(dāng)前發(fā)展背景與AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院實(shí)際需求的高效項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)模式和方法,以及在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制優(yōu)化方案,有助于進(jìn)一步豐富激勵(lì)機(jī)制在項(xiàng)目管理之中的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,尤其對(duì)于電力行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制應(yīng)用實(shí)踐的借鑒。優(yōu)化的AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制,提升了AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制的實(shí)效性,使項(xiàng)目參與人員的能夠更加熱情高效地開展工作,進(jìn)而降低AH電力設(shè)計(jì)院的成本。通過高效項(xiàng)目管理激勵(lì)模式和方法,可以使設(shè)計(jì)院項(xiàng)目管理的效率與效益得到進(jìn)一步的提升,企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:After the main and auxiliary separation of the State Grid, the market competition of power industry enterprises is increasingly fierce. In order to better deal with market competition, electric power design enterprises need to change to modern enterprise management system. In the construction of modern enterprise management system, an important aspect is how to construct a set of project management incentive mechanism. Improving the effective project management incentive mechanism can not only enhance the enthusiasm of the staff, but also improve the efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise project management, and then enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the design institute. Therefore, this paper has certain theoretical value and practical significance to the research on the optimization of project management incentive mechanism in AH Electric Power Design Institute. By combing the literature of project management and incentive mechanism at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the research problems and research framework, and defines the research content of this paper. Combined with the basic situation of AH electric power design institute and the related flow and structure of project management, the concrete contents of the current project management incentive mechanism of AH electric power design institute are introduced. And through the AH electric power design institute engaged in the specific project related personnel (project manager, project total worker, project director and other general management personnel) questionnaire, from salary, welfare, training, In terms of career development and performance management, this paper analyzes the satisfaction and opinions of project related personnel since the implementation of the current project management incentive mechanism. Based on the relevant theoretical research, the contents of the current project management incentive mechanism and the results of the questionnaire, the problems existing in the implementation of the project management incentive mechanism in the AH Electric Power Design Institute are summarized and summarized. Finally, the ideas, principles and contents of project management incentive mechanism optimization in AH Electric Power Design Institute are discussed, and the relevant measures to ensure the implementation of the optimized project management incentive mechanism are given. In this paper, an efficient project management incentive model and method, which adapts to the current development background and the actual demand of AH electric power design institute, and the optimization scheme of project management incentive mechanism formed on the basis of this, It is helpful to enrich the application practice of incentive mechanism in project management, especially for the application practice of project management incentive mechanism in electric power industry. The optimized project management incentive mechanism of AH Electric Power Design Institute improves the effectiveness of the project management incentive mechanism of AH Electric Power Design Institute and enables the project participants to carry out their work more enthusiastically and efficiently and thus reduce the cost of AH Electric Power Design Institute. Through the efficient project management incentive mode and method, the efficiency and benefit of the project management of the design institute can be further improved, and the core competitiveness of the enterprise can be continuously enhanced.
