【摘要】：基于中國跨區(qū)域和跨行業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率收斂異質(zhì)性的基礎(chǔ)上,考察當(dāng)?shù)卣咭蛩亍D投入強(qiáng)度和員工技能水平對(duì)跨區(qū)域和跨行業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率收斂性的驅(qū)動(dòng)影響。結(jié)果表明,分區(qū)域來看,政府在交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入和工資增長方面的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策可以促進(jìn)區(qū)域工業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的收斂;分行業(yè)來看,RD投入促進(jìn)了行業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的收斂,而員工的技術(shù)水平對(duì)行業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率收斂的促進(jìn)作用并不顯著,這與低員工技術(shù)水平投入的行業(yè)更容易利用其落后優(yōu)勢和從技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)中獲益有關(guān)。因此,為了縮小地區(qū)工業(yè)差異和提高工業(yè)行業(yè)發(fā)展效率,政府應(yīng)該在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、最低工資制度執(zhí)行的監(jiān)管和提升科學(xué)技術(shù)水平等方面做出努力。
[Abstract]:Based on the convergence and heterogeneity of cross-regional and cross-industry labor productivity in China, this paper investigates the driving effects of local policy factors, such as R D input intensity and employee skill level, on the convergence of cross-regional and cross-industry labor productivity. The results show that the economic policies of the government in the aspects of transport infrastructure investment and wage growth can promote the convergence of regional industrial labor productivity, and the convergence of industry labor productivity is promoted by sector R D investment. However, the technical level of employees has no significant contribution to the convergence of labor productivity, which is related to the fact that industries with low level of technical input are more likely to take advantage of their backward advantages and benefit from technology spillover effects. Therefore, in order to reduce the regional industrial differences and improve the efficiency of industrial development, the government should make efforts in infrastructure construction, the implementation of the minimum wage system supervision, and raise the level of science and technology.
