汽車行業(yè)高管薪酬對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究

【摘要】:面對新形勢新環(huán)境下要求汽車行業(yè)由大變強的轉(zhuǎn)變,中國的汽車制造業(yè)正處于產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的關鍵時期,對汽車行業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新有了新的要求。汽車制造企業(yè)的高管作為創(chuàng)新決策主體,對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新有著重要的影響作用。本文梳理了汽車行業(yè)創(chuàng)新與高管薪酬關系的相關研究,構(gòu)建了我國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的測度指標,并選取樣本時間跨度從2004年至2014年間上市汽車企業(yè)的財務數(shù)據(jù)及相關信息,通過構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析汽車行業(yè)高管薪酬與企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力之間的關系,實證研究表明,高管薪酬對企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力具有正向促進作用,且這種促進作用具有持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:Facing the new situation and new environment, the automobile industry in China is in the key period of product innovation, production optimization and industrial upgrading. As the main body of innovation decision-making, the executives of automobile manufacturing enterprises play an important role in enterprise innovation. This paper combs the related research on the relationship between innovation and executive compensation in automobile industry, constructs the measurement index of innovation ability of Chinese enterprises, and selects the financial data and related information of listed automobile enterprises from 2004 to 2014. By constructing the structural equation model to analyze the relationship between the executive compensation and the innovation ability of the enterprise, the empirical research shows that the executive compensation has a positive promoting effect on the innovation ability of the enterprise, and this promoting effect is sustainable.
