【摘要】：正受國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力和過剩產(chǎn)能的出清影響,遼寧省支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)——裝備制造業(yè)核心競爭優(yōu)勢逐步減弱,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指標(biāo)增速放緩,行業(yè)虧損面持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,僵尸企業(yè)集中顯現(xiàn),不僅降低了市場的資源配置效率,而且影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)增速質(zhì)量和金融穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),如何推動以僵尸企業(yè)有序退出市場為首要著力點(diǎn)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革成為亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the domestic economic downward pressure and the overcapacity of excess capacity, the core competitive advantage of the Liaoning pillar industry, the equipment manufacturing industry, has gradually weakened, the economic efficiency index is slowing down, the industry loss surface continues to expand and the zombie enterprises are concentrated, which not only reduces the capital allocation efficiency of the market, but also affects the quality of economic growth and the quality of economic growth. How to promote the supply-side structure reform with zombie enterprises withdrawing from the market orderly as the primary focus has become an urgent problem to be solved.
