SDXY公司員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,國(guó)有企業(yè)的人力資源管理工作應(yīng)當(dāng)具備國(guó)際化的視野和高度,不斷吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),還要打造出符合當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)和企業(yè)自身人力資源管理的相關(guān)機(jī)制。其中,建立起有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制是發(fā)展和改革國(guó)有企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵與難點(diǎn)所在。當(dāng)前,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)則是人才爭(zhēng)奪的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),人才的去留和儲(chǔ)備則是體現(xiàn)企業(yè)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制水平。所以,擁有科學(xué)有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。SDXY為某地市屬國(guó)有企業(yè),曾是國(guó)內(nèi)家電制造業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè)。然而隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,企業(yè)人力資源的管理逐漸出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,使企業(yè)員工對(duì)企業(yè)薪酬、晉升等方面存在不滿,直接導(dǎo)致人才的流失,從而影響企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。本論文針對(duì)該企業(yè)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)深入的研究。調(diào)研了SDXY公司員工人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,深入研究現(xiàn)行的員工管理與激勵(lì)機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前公司人力資源管理在薪酬、員工發(fā)展、績(jī)效考核和精神激勵(lì)等方面存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)分析以上問(wèn)題所產(chǎn)生的原因,有針對(duì)性地提出增設(shè)技能工資、科學(xué)規(guī)劃員工發(fā)展、完善考核體系以及加強(qiáng)精神激勵(lì)等優(yōu)化方案,從而為公司完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制、優(yōu)化改進(jìn)人力資源管理提供參考,幫助企業(yè)最大限度地激發(fā)員工工作的積極性、主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性。在提高企業(yè)工作效率的前提下,不斷促進(jìn)國(guó)企改革增效,使SDXY公司在新市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the human resource management of state-owned enterprises should have an international vision and height, and constantly absorb the advanced management experience at home and abroad at the same time. But also to create in line with the current market and the enterprise's own human resources management related mechanisms. Among them, establishing effective incentive mechanism is the key and difficulty to develop and reform state-owned enterprises. At present, the competition among enterprises is the competition for talents, and the retention and reserve of talents reflect the level of incentive mechanism of enterprises. Therefore, having a scientific and effective incentive mechanism is very important for the development of enterprises. SDXY is a state-owned enterprise belonging to a certain city, and it was once the leading enterprise in the domestic household appliance manufacturing industry. However, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the management of enterprise human resources has gradually appeared problems, which makes the employees dissatisfaction with the salary and promotion of the enterprise, which directly leads to the brain drain, thus affecting the healthy development of the enterprise. This thesis aims at the problem of the enterprise. This paper investigates the current situation of human resource management in SDXY Company, deeply studies the current employee management and incentive mechanism, and finds out the problems existing in the current human resource management in the aspects of salary, employee development, performance appraisal and spiritual motivation. By analyzing the causes of the above problems, the author puts forward some optimization schemes, such as setting up skill salary, scientifically planning staff development, perfecting examination system and strengthening spiritual motivation, so as to perfect the incentive mechanism for the company. To optimize and improve human resource management to provide reference to help enterprises to maximize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of staff. Under the premise of improving the working efficiency of enterprises, the reform and efficiency of state-owned enterprises are constantly promoted, so that SDXY can enhance its competitiveness in the new market environment.
