【摘要】：當(dāng)前,國際政治與安全局勢(shì)復(fù)雜多變,不確定因素顯著增加,國際安全形勢(shì)面臨新挑戰(zhàn),全球武器轉(zhuǎn)讓與政治經(jīng)濟(jì)、地區(qū)沖突、國際反恐等形勢(shì)緊密相關(guān),全球重大武器轉(zhuǎn)讓出現(xiàn)新變化,國際軍貿(mào)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度日益激烈。2012—2016年全球武器轉(zhuǎn)讓持續(xù)增長,呈現(xiàn)先降后升、整體上升的總體發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),并成為自冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來所有五年期武器轉(zhuǎn)讓的最高點(diǎn)。美國仍是全球第一大武器出口國,印度仍是全球第一大武器進(jìn)口國。介紹了全球軍貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展新進(jìn)展,并分析了全球軍貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)與趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:At present, the international political and security situation is complex and changeable, uncertainties have increased significantly, the international security situation is facing new challenges, and global arms transfers are closely related to political and economic situations, regional conflicts, and international counter-terrorism situations. Major global arms transfers have undergone new changes. The degree of competition in the international arms trade market is becoming increasingly fierce. Global arms transfers continued to grow in 2012-2016, showing an overall development trend of first declining and then ascending, and rising as a whole. And the highest point of all five-year arms transfers since the end of the cold war. The United States remains the world's largest arms exporter and India the world's largest arms importer. This paper introduces the new development of the global military trade market, and analyzes the characteristics and trends of the global military trade market.
