【摘要】：眾所周知,電力企業(yè)的安全問題是企業(yè)發(fā)展中最重要也是最基礎(chǔ)的因素,其核心是提升電力企業(yè)職工的安全意識、思維以及能力,因此,電力企業(yè)需要把安全培訓(xùn)工作落實(shí)在實(shí)踐工作中。這需要電力企業(yè)積極開展安全培訓(xùn)的工作,從而促進(jìn)電力企業(yè)構(gòu)建一個全面、有效以及科學(xué)的安全管理和培訓(xùn)體系。文章分析了電力企業(yè)在安全培訓(xùn)方面的工作現(xiàn)狀,然后根據(jù)這些問題提出加強(qiáng)安全培訓(xùn)與管理的對策,期待可以在提升電力企業(yè)的安全性方面提供一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the safety problem of electric power enterprises is the most important and basic factor in the development of enterprises. Its core is to enhance the safety consciousness, thinking and ability of the employees of electric power enterprises. Electric power enterprises need to carry out safety training in practice. It is necessary for electric power enterprises to actively carry out safety training so as to promote the construction of a comprehensive, effective and scientific safety management and training system. This paper analyzes the current situation of safety training in electric power enterprises, and then puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen safety training and management according to these problems, which is expected to provide some reference value in improving the safety of electric power enterprises.
