【摘要】：在過去三十多年的改革開放進(jìn)程中,中國(guó)企業(yè)在不同領(lǐng)域都取得了重大突破和成就,與此同時(shí),中國(guó)企業(yè)是否繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)策略還沒有統(tǒng)一論調(diào)。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)已進(jìn)入“經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)”時(shí)代,GDP增速不斷下行、產(chǎn)能過剩加速,企業(yè)面臨戰(zhàn)略的全新轉(zhuǎn)型。面對(duì)“經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)”這樣的新形勢(shì),企業(yè)多元化也出現(xiàn)全新挑戰(zhàn)。繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的企業(yè)如何才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中更好前行,值得我們探索!本文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者的理論研究進(jìn)行梳理,綜合利用管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等各學(xué)科理論知識(shí),通過問卷調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)理論研究等方法,以南昌航天科技集團(tuán)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)策略作為研究對(duì)象,在總結(jié)南昌航天科技集團(tuán)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)策略影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,通過因子分析建立了南昌航天科技集團(tuán)公司多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,提出了改善南昌航天科技集團(tuán)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:In the course of reform and opening up over the past 30 years, Chinese enterprises have made great breakthroughs and achievements in different fields. At the same time, there is still no unified argument as to whether Chinese enterprises will continue to adhere to the diversified management strategy. At present, China has entered the era of "new normal economy", GDP growth has been declining, overcapacity is accelerating, and enterprises are facing a new strategic transformation. Facing the new situation, such as "the new normal economy", the enterprise diversification also appears the brand-new challenge. How to continue to adhere to the diversification of enterprises in the fierce market competition better forward, is worth our exploration! This paper combs the theoretical research of related scholars at home and abroad, synthetically utilizes the theoretical knowledge of management, economics and other disciplines, through questionnaire investigation, literature theoretical research and other methods. Taking the diversification strategy of Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Group as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the influencing factors of the diversification strategy of Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Group, Through factor analysis, the evaluation index system of Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd is established, and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the diversification management of Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Group are put forward according to the actual situation.
