【摘要】：隨著世界能源短缺和環(huán)境污染矛盾的日益加劇,如何提高能源利用效率成為世界所關(guān)注的話題,而實(shí)施循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)和節(jié)能減排成為必要措施,我國也在大力推行循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)文明建設(shè),提倡清潔、綠色、低碳生產(chǎn),并致力于尋求一個(gè)緩解能源和環(huán)境矛盾的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。對于我國造紙行業(yè)來說,其特點(diǎn)是技術(shù)密集、工藝繁瑣、流程復(fù)雜、能源消耗量大、污染嚴(yán)重,是我國發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)施節(jié)能減排工作的重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測行業(yè);并且我國是紙產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)大國,隨著市場需求不斷擴(kuò)大,進(jìn)而也產(chǎn)生了大量中小型造紙生產(chǎn)企業(yè),導(dǎo)致更大的能源需求量;與此同時(shí),我國經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下傳統(tǒng)造紙企業(yè)亟需轉(zhuǎn)型升級,其中能源利用效率是企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級中要解決的突出問題。因此為提高造紙企業(yè)能源效率水平、減少環(huán)境污染,讓造紙企業(yè)能夠真正轉(zhuǎn)型為資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型企業(yè),本文在循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下對我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了研究,對社會(huì)、政府、企業(yè)自身來說都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先,本文在通過文獻(xiàn)研究法閱讀了大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)后進(jìn)行整理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究視角切入,研究我國造紙企業(yè)能源利用現(xiàn)狀以及影響我國造紙企業(yè)能源利用效率的因素,為下文指標(biāo)的選取進(jìn)行了鋪墊。其次,構(gòu)建一套循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,其中包括5個(gè)我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率的影響因素指標(biāo),即造紙企業(yè)規(guī)模、自產(chǎn)能源能力、技術(shù)裝備水平、能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、能源管理水平指標(biāo),和3個(gè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)指標(biāo),即能源循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率、能源環(huán)境效率、資源循環(huán)利用效率指標(biāo),并在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用AHP層次分析法和熵權(quán)法的組合值來確定最終指標(biāo)權(quán)重,結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)評價(jià)模型構(gòu)建出循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,根據(jù)我國造紙企業(yè)分布特點(diǎn),在全國范圍內(nèi)選取了東部地區(qū)3家、中部地區(qū)2家、西部地區(qū)1家共6家具有典型代表的樣本企業(yè)進(jìn)行循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的實(shí)證研究,得出我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率利用情況整體水平一般,造紙企業(yè)能源利用有待進(jìn)一步改善,在此結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,分別從循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、造紙企業(yè)規(guī)模、技術(shù)進(jìn)步四個(gè)方面提出提升我國造紙企業(yè)能源效率水平的對策建議,為我國造紙企業(yè)及其他行業(yè)能源利用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing contradiction between energy shortage and environmental pollution in the world, how to improve the efficiency of energy use has become a topic of concern in the world, and the implementation of circular economy and energy saving and emission reduction has become a necessary measure. China is also vigorously promoting the construction of circular economy and ecological civilization, advocating clean, green and low-carbon production, and seeking a sustainable development path to alleviate the contradiction between energy and environment. For China's papermaking industry, it is characterized by intensive technology, cumbersome process, complex process, large energy consumption, serious pollution, which is the key monitoring industry to develop circular economy and implement energy saving and emission reduction in China. And China is a big country in paper products production and consumption. With the expansion of market demand, a large number of small and medium-sized papermaking enterprises have also been produced, resulting in greater energy demand; at the same time, Under the new normal state of Chinese economy, traditional papermaking enterprises are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading, among which energy efficiency is an outstanding problem to be solved in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading. Therefore, in order to improve the energy efficiency level of papermaking enterprises and reduce environmental pollution, so that papermaking enterprises can truly transform into resource-saving and environment-friendly enterprises. In this paper, the evaluation index system of energy efficiency in Chinese papermaking enterprises is studied from the perspective of circular economy, which is of great practical significance to the society, government and enterprises themselves. First of all, on the basis of reading a large number of related documents at home and abroad through literature research, this paper analyzes from the perspective of circular economy. This paper studies the present situation of energy utilization in Chinese papermaking enterprises and the factors that affect the energy utilization efficiency of Chinese papermaking enterprises, which paves the way for the selection of the following indexes. Secondly, the paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of energy efficiency of Chinese papermaking enterprises from the perspective of circular economy, which includes five influencing factors of energy efficiency of Chinese papermaking enterprises, that is, the scale of papermaking enterprises, their own energy production capacity, and the level of technical equipment. Energy consumption structure, energy management level, and three related indicators of circular economy, that is, energy cycle economic efficiency, energy environment efficiency, resource recycling efficiency, On this basis, the combined value of AHP and entropy weight method is used to determine the final index weight, and the evaluation index system of energy efficiency of Chinese papermaking enterprises under the perspective of circular economy is constructed by combining the grey relational evaluation model. Finally, according to the distribution characteristics of Chinese paper-making enterprises, three eastern and two central regions are selected in the whole country. An empirical study on the evaluation index system of energy efficiency of Chinese papermaking enterprises from the perspective of circular economy is carried out by a sample of 6 typical enterprises in the western region, and the general level of energy efficiency utilization in China's papermaking enterprises is obtained. The energy utilization of papermaking enterprises needs to be further improved. On the basis of these results, the construction of circular economy, the structure of energy consumption, the scale of paper enterprises, Four aspects of technological progress are put forward to improve the energy efficiency of Chinese papermaking enterprises, which can be used as a reference for Chinese papermaking enterprises and other industries.
