【摘要】：鋯作為一種戰(zhàn)略性新興礦產(chǎn),其安全問題對我國戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,尤其是核電產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文在分析鋯資源資源狀況和供需格局的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為中國鋯資源供應(yīng)安全面臨的問題主要是資源稟賦條件不佳、國內(nèi)供應(yīng)能力嚴(yán)重不足、對外依存度居高不下、進(jìn)口來源集中、全球鋯礦企業(yè)趨于壟斷。建議開展鋯礦資源潛力調(diào)查、繼續(xù)開展采選冶技術(shù)研究、鼓勵(lì)國內(nèi)企業(yè)走出去、建立鋯資源應(yīng)急儲備、簽訂中長期合同進(jìn)口鋯資源,以保障我國鋯資源供應(yīng)安全。
[Abstract]:Zirconium is a kind of strategic new mineral. Its safety is of great significance to the development of China's strategic emerging industry, especially nuclear power industry. Based on the analysis of the status of zirconium resources and the supply and demand pattern of zirconium, this paper holds that the main problems facing the supply security of zirconium resources in China are the poor resource endowment, the serious shortage of domestic supply capacity, and the high degree of dependence on foreign countries. The import source is concentrated, the global zirconium mine enterprise tends to monopolize. It is suggested that the potential investigation of zirconium ore resources should be carried out, the study of mining, processing and metallurgy technology should be continued, the domestic enterprises should be encouraged to go out, the emergency reserves of zirconium resources should be established, and the import of zirconium resources should be signed in the medium and long term to ensure the safety of
