【摘要】：正中央啟動上一輪振興東北戰(zhàn)略是在2003年,根據(jù)國家發(fā)改委東北振興司統(tǒng)計(jì),實(shí)施振興東北三省等老工業(yè)基地戰(zhàn)略十年來(2003年—2012年),東北三省地區(qū)國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值比2002年的1.14萬億元翻了兩番多,年均增長達(dá)12.7%,而同期全國平均增速為10.7%。上一輪振興東北戰(zhàn)略有力地推動了東北三省的十年快速發(fā)展。2016年11月,國務(wù)院印發(fā)了《關(guān)于深入推進(jìn)實(shí)施新一輪東北振興戰(zhàn)略加快推動
[Abstract]:The central government launched the last round of northeast revitalization strategy in 2003, according to the statistics of the Northeast Revitalization Department of the National Development and Reform Commission. Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in the three Northeast provinces in the past ten years (2003-2012), the gross domestic product of the three northeast provinces has more than quadrupled compared with the 1.14 trillion yuan in 2002, with an average annual growth rate of 12.7 yuan, while the national average growth rate in the same period is 10.7%. The last round of the strategy of revitalizing the Northeast has powerfully promoted the rapid development of the three northeastern provinces over the past decade. In November 2016, the State Council issued a draft on deepening the implementation of the new round of Northeast Revitalization Strategy.
