【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),服裝貿(mào)易已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要組成部分,近年來(lái),由于東盟國(guó)家和地加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的強(qiáng)勢(shì)崛起,我國(guó)服裝企業(yè)的成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)已經(jīng)受到了外部沖擊,而國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的調(diào)整也一定程度上導(dǎo)致人口紅利消退,加重了服裝企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,內(nèi)憂外患之下,服裝企業(yè)在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力呈逐降趨勢(shì)。隨著"供給側(cè)改革"的全面推行,中央政府要求以服裝為代表的發(fā)展落后企業(yè)從"去產(chǎn)能、去庫(kù)存、去杠桿、降成本、補(bǔ)短板"五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新,但是由于企業(yè)改革隊(duì)伍的不斷龐大引發(fā)了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的變化,金融資源面臨被重新劃分配置,這更加劇了服裝企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資的困境。本論文基于供給側(cè)改革的背景,以提升服裝企業(yè)的生存空間和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為目的,作者運(yùn)用實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)服裝企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了對(duì)比論證分析,有針對(duì)性的提出了一些策略和方法,特別是對(duì)服裝企業(yè)主動(dòng)尋求外部合作進(jìn)行聯(lián)合貿(mào)易融資的可行性策略分析研究。結(jié)論認(rèn)為貿(mào)易融資可以有效的改善服裝企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,有利的助推服裝企業(yè)的改革和創(chuàng)新,而聯(lián)合貿(mào)易融資能夠進(jìn)一步緩解服裝企業(yè)的融資困境,幫助企業(yè)搶占更多的金融資源,提升服裝企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, clothing trade has become an important part of our national economy. In recent years, due to the strong rise of ASEAN countries and local processing industry, the cost competitive advantage of Chinese garment enterprises has been subjected to external shocks. The adjustment of domestic economic policy also leads to the decline of population dividend to a certain extent, which increases the operating cost of garment enterprises, and the competitiveness of clothing enterprises in international trade is declining gradually under internal and external problems. With the full implementation of the "supply-side reform", the central government has demanded that backward enterprises, represented by clothing, reform and innovate in five aspects: "deproducing capacity, destocking, deleveraging, reducing costs, and making up for shortcomings." However, due to the huge number of enterprises' reform team, the changes of the financial ecological environment, the financial resources are being reclassified and allocated, which exacerbates the dilemma of the clothing enterprises' trade financing. Based on the background of supply-side reform, this paper aims at improving the survival space and market competitiveness of garment enterprises. The author combines practical experience with theoretical analysis. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of the development of trade financing for garment enterprises, and puts forward some strategies and methods, especially the feasibility analysis and study of the garment enterprises actively seeking external cooperation for joint trade financing. The conclusion is that trade financing can effectively improve the operating conditions of garment enterprises, and promote the reform and innovation of garment enterprises, while joint trade financing can further alleviate the financing difficulties of garment enterprises. To help enterprises seize more financial resources, enhance the market competitiveness of garment enterprises, and provide a reference for national economic development research.
