【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對商業(yè)世界的最大貢獻就是提高效率和優(yōu)化配置。隨著信息渠道的多元化,市場上產(chǎn)生了更多類型的商業(yè)模式。其中,共享經(jīng)濟最為火熱,其核心是優(yōu)化資源配置,讓身處商業(yè)生態(tài)圈的每一個利益相關(guān)者,基于同一個目標,在共同的平臺上創(chuàng)造價值,這對于傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)模式來說,可謂一種顛覆式的創(chuàng)新。隨著經(jīng)濟局勢不斷變換,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式在大環(huán)境下顯得力不從心,許多傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式的企業(yè)對共享經(jīng)濟有了更深入的了解,先后轉(zhuǎn)型,嘗試搭建共享經(jīng)濟平臺,以求企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。設(shè)客網(wǎng)就是一家老牌傳統(tǒng)的建筑設(shè)計公司,試圖通過轉(zhuǎn)型求得發(fā)展。為了突破行業(yè)瓶頸、抓住政策機遇,有效利用技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,順勢市場需求,設(shè)客網(wǎng)創(chuàng)始人開啟了創(chuàng)業(yè)之路。運營過程中,設(shè)客網(wǎng)共享經(jīng)濟商業(yè)模式經(jīng)過多次磨合與調(diào)整,終于找到了適合自己的運營方法,稱為“設(shè)客模式”。設(shè)客網(wǎng)為設(shè)計師提供創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺,為承包商和發(fā)包商提供信息共享,整合人力和信息資源,利用技術(shù)優(yōu)勢解決數(shù)據(jù)傳導難題,幫助平臺參與者獲得各自利益。本文通過對設(shè)客網(wǎng)共享經(jīng)濟商業(yè)模式設(shè)計的研究,依照從整體到具體的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)展開論述。本文采用文獻綜述法對共享經(jīng)濟以及商業(yè)模式理論進行梳理與總結(jié),闡述商業(yè)模式的內(nèi)涵、要素以及特點,共享經(jīng)濟的定義、特征、驅(qū)動因素以及模式分類,后采用實地調(diào)查法分析設(shè)客網(wǎng)創(chuàng)立背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及盈利模式現(xiàn)狀;進而通過PEST模型以及商業(yè)生態(tài)圈的分析,找出設(shè)客網(wǎng)共享經(jīng)濟商業(yè)模式設(shè)計的不足,并提出具體的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:The greatest contribution of Internet technology to the business world is to improve efficiency and optimize configuration. With the diversification of information channels, more types of business models have emerged in the market. The core of the shared economy is to optimize the allocation of resources so that every stakeholder in the business ecosystem can create value on a common platform based on the same goal, which is for the traditional business model. It can be described as a subversive innovation. As the economic situation continues to change, the traditional business model appears to be unable to do its best in the general environment. Many enterprises of the traditional business model have a deeper understanding of the sharing economy and have successively transformed to try to build a shared economy platform. In order to seek the sustainable development of enterprises. Guest net is an old-established traditional architectural design company, trying to develop through transformation. In order to break through the bottleneck of the industry, seize the policy opportunity, utilize the technology advantage effectively, and meet the market demand, the founder of the network has opened the road of starting a business. In the process of operation, the business model of sharing economy in the network has finally found its own operation method after many times of running-in and adjustment, which is called "the customer mode". It provides a platform for designers to start a business, provides information sharing for contractors and contractors, integrates human resources and information resources, solves the problem of data transmission by using technological advantages, and helps platform participants to obtain their own benefits. Through the research on the design of the sharing economy business model, this paper discusses the logic structure from the whole to the concrete. This paper uses literature review method to sort out and summarize the theory of shared economy and business model, and expounds the connotation, elements and characteristics of business model, the definition, characteristics, driving factors and model classification of shared economy. After that, the paper analyzes the background, development and profit model of the network by field investigation, and then finds out the deficiency of the design of the business model of the sharing economy by pest model and the analysis of the business ecological circle, and then through the analysis of the pest model and the analysis of the business ecosystem. And put forward the concrete optimization suggestion.
