PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系改進研究

【摘要】:當今社會,科學與技術的革新速度飛快,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的能力成為了越來越多企業(yè)的核心競爭力,如何更快速、更高質量的完成新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成為了各個企業(yè)關注的重點。PK公司是一家美國獨資的工程機械行業(yè)內的制造業(yè)企業(yè)。2011年以來,國內的機械行業(yè)一直低迷,PK公司度過了艱難的五年,近一兩年,隨著國內外軌道交通行業(yè)的迅速增長,以及工程機械行業(yè)稍有復蘇,PK公司又迎來了自己的春天。在這個充滿了機遇和挑戰(zhàn)的春天,PK公司想要搶占先機,拔得頭籌,首先要做的就是提高自己的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力。新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力的提高,不僅僅是技術上的提高,對于新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程管理能力的提高也是重中之重。本文將對PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系進行改進研究,以解決PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系中存在的問題,提高新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的效率。本文首先對新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、門徑管理系統(tǒng)、模塊化設計、PLM系統(tǒng)、流程優(yōu)化等基本概念進行闡述,為全文提供理論依據(jù)。然后對PK公司及其所處行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,指出PK公司應立即改善其新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系,提升新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力,才能適應當前市場。本文使用統(tǒng)計分析法對PK公司現(xiàn)有的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題,以及問題存在的原因。使用門徑管理系統(tǒng),對新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)計劃和控制手段進行優(yōu)化,使新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程計劃性更強、可控性更高。使用模塊化設計,對PK公司新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)方式進行改進,縮短產(chǎn)品設計的時間。使用流程圖析法,對報價環(huán)節(jié)的流程進行改進,縮短了報價環(huán)節(jié)所需要的時間。使用Enovia系統(tǒng)作為實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的模塊化設計的基本工具,并利用Enovia系統(tǒng)提高了流程中審批的效率。最后,本文提出了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系改進的四項保障措施,以保障PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系得以成功的改進。本文的創(chuàng)新點主要有:第一次將門徑管理系統(tǒng)引入PK公司的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系,彌補了 PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系上的缺陷;第一次引入模塊化設計的概念,將產(chǎn)品按接口結構分類,縮短了 PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中設計階段所耗費的時間。筆者認為,通過對PK公司的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系的開進,可以提高PK公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的效率,縮短開發(fā)周期。但更重要的是未來的持續(xù)改進,只有不斷的實踐和持續(xù)改進才能使得企業(yè)走的更好更遠。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the speed of innovation in science and technology is fast. The ability to develop new products has become the core competitiveness of more and more enterprises. The higher quality of new product development has become the focus of attention of all enterprises. PK is a manufacturing enterprise in the construction machinery industry, which is wholly owned by the United States. Since 2011, the domestic machinery industry has been in the doldrums and PK companies have been struggling for five years. In the past one or two years, with the rapid growth of rail transit industry at home and abroad, and the slight recovery of construction machinery industry, PK Company ushered in its own spring. In this spring, full of opportunities and challenges, the company wants to seize the first chance, the first thing to do is to improve their new product development ability. The improvement of new product development ability is not only the technical improvement, but also the improvement of new product development process management ability. In order to solve the problems existing in the new product development management system of competitive companies and improve the efficiency of new product development, this paper will improve the management system of new product development in competitive companies. In this paper, the basic concepts of new product development, door diameter management system, modular design PLM system, process optimization and so on are described in order to provide theoretical basis for the full text. Then it analyzes the current situation of competition companies and their industries, and points out that competition companies should immediately improve their new product development management system and enhance their ability to develop new products in order to adapt to the current market. In this paper, statistical analysis is used to analyze the existing new product development management system of competitive companies, and find out the existing problems and the causes of the problems. The new product development plan and control means are optimized by using the door and diameter management system to make the new product development process more planning and controllable. Modular design is used to improve the development of new products and shorten the time of product design. The flow chart analysis method is used to improve the process of quotation link and shorten the time required for quotation link. The Enovia system is used as the basic tool to realize the modular design of the product, and the efficiency of approval in the process is improved by using the Enovia system. Finally, this paper puts forward four safeguard measures to improve the new product development management system in order to ensure the successful improvement of the new product development management system of the competition company. The innovations of this paper are as follows: the first time the door and diameter management system is introduced into the new product development management system of the competitive company, which makes up for the defects in the new product development management system of the competition company, the first time the concept of modular design is introduced, Classifying products according to interface structure shortens the time spent in the design phase of new product development in competitive companies. The author thinks that the efficiency of new product development can be improved and the development cycle can be shortened by advancing the new product development management system of the competitive company. But more important is the future continuous improvement, only the continuous practice and continuous improvement can make the enterprise go better and farther.
