【摘要】：石油化工是我國重要的基礎(chǔ)能源行業(yè),它關(guān)系到我國的國計民生,與國家的安全、綜合國力、人民的生活水平息息相關(guān)。從GDP總量來看,石油化工行業(yè)的增加值逐年上漲,我國已成為第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。然而,石油化工行業(yè)是一種高能耗、高污染的行業(yè),在生產(chǎn)加工過程中各種能源的輸入,又伴隨著各種對環(huán)境的破壞,其中,化工行業(yè)的工業(yè)三廢比例尤為突出,因此,準(zhǔn)確的把握石油化工企業(yè)的生態(tài)效率特征,并運(yùn)用正確的方法對生態(tài)效率進(jìn)行評價,對解決企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。本研究以大慶石油化工企業(yè)為例,對石油化工企業(yè)生態(tài)效率評價理論和方法做了深入探討,首先通過文獻(xiàn)研究、企業(yè)調(diào)查以及對國內(nèi)外研究的比較,構(gòu)建了與我國石化企業(yè)特點相適應(yīng)的生態(tài)效率評價指標(biāo)體系;其次,通過傳統(tǒng)DEA與超效率DEA結(jié)合的方式對大慶石油化工企業(yè)進(jìn)行生態(tài)效率與經(jīng)營效率的比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者的差異性,為探討生態(tài)效率影響因素做鋪墊,并運(yùn)用投入導(dǎo)向規(guī)模效益可變的BCC模型進(jìn)行測算,利用DEAP2.1和Lingo軟件計算評價結(jié)果,分析企業(yè)生態(tài)效率無效的原因,并給出具體的改進(jìn)目標(biāo)與方向,對生態(tài)效率有效的決策單元進(jìn)行排序,明確企業(yè)的行業(yè)地位;再次,對大慶石油化工企業(yè)生態(tài)效率評價情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,為提高石油化工企業(yè)生態(tài)效率提出了應(yīng)樹立企業(yè)生態(tài)效率理念、強(qiáng)化企業(yè)控制管理、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理和加快企業(yè)的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的建設(shè)入手;最后,綜合分析研究后得出論文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Petrochemical industry is an important basic energy industry in China, which is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood, the national security, the comprehensive national strength and the living standard of the people. In terms of GDP, the added value of petrochemical industry has increased year by year, and China has become the second largest economy. However, petrochemical industry is a kind of high energy consumption and high pollution industry. In the process of production and processing, the input of various kinds of energy is accompanied by a variety of damage to the environment, among which, the proportion of the three industrial wastes in the chemical industry is particularly prominent. It is of great significance to grasp the characteristics of the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises and evaluate the ecological efficiency by using the correct method to solve the sustainable development of the enterprises. Taking Daqing petrochemical enterprise as an example, this paper makes a deep discussion on the theory and method of ecological efficiency evaluation of petrochemical enterprise. Firstly, through literature research, enterprise investigation and comparison of domestic and foreign research, The ecological efficiency evaluation index system adapted to the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises in China is constructed. Secondly, the ecological efficiency and management efficiency of Daqing petrochemical enterprises are compared and analyzed through the combination of traditional DEA and super-efficiency DEA. The difference between the two is found. In order to explore the influencing factors of ecological efficiency, and to use the BCC model with variable input oriented scale benefit to calculate and evaluate the results, using DEAP2.1 and Lingo software, the paper analyzes the reasons why the enterprise's ecological efficiency is not effective. And give the specific improvement objectives and directions, the ecological efficiency of effective decision-making units to sort out the status of the industry; thirdly, Daqing petrochemical enterprises ecological efficiency evaluation situation is summarized and analyzed. In order to improve the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises, it is proposed that the concept of enterprise ecological efficiency should be set up, the control management of enterprises should be strengthened, the management of technological innovation of enterprises should be strengthened and the construction of circular economy system of enterprises should be accelerated. After comprehensive analysis and research, the conclusion of the paper is drawn.
