【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,我國制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包在廣度和深度上都獲得了較大的發(fā)展。但針對外包決策的問題,我國很多中小型制造企業(yè)由于缺乏科學的決策能力,對企業(yè)核心業(yè)務與非核心業(yè)務的劃分較為模糊,這在很大程度上導致了企業(yè)外包決策的失誤,甚至失去已有的市場競爭優(yōu)勢�，F(xiàn)有研究多集中在服務領域外包決策上,缺乏對生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包決策較為明確的研究與實踐。此外在生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包商選擇的問題上,關于如何構建評價指標的研究較少。因此,對制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包決策問題的研究具有較大的理論意義與應用價值。本文在分析了生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀后,結合制造企業(yè)的行業(yè)特征和業(yè)務外包決策研究的必要性,首先在理論與實踐的基礎上對制造企業(yè)核心生產(chǎn)業(yè)務概念進行了界定,提出基于層次分析法的核心生產(chǎn)業(yè)務判別模型,為生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包提供一個定量決策依據(jù)。其次針對制造企業(yè)業(yè)務外包和自制兩種生產(chǎn)方式下的成本構成特征,建立生產(chǎn)規(guī)模-成本函數(shù),計算外包的盈虧平衡時的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模Q*,通過節(jié)約成本率從全局角度討論生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包的經(jīng)濟效益,從而為決策者提供了在不同生產(chǎn)方式下業(yè)務外包的成本-效益定量分析的基礎。在充分考慮外包戰(zhàn)略因素的基礎上,從企業(yè)績效、生產(chǎn)能力、研發(fā)能力、企業(yè)資質(zhì)及環(huán)境條件五方面因素構建外包商選擇評價指標,遵循外包商選擇問題的模糊性特點,采用FAHP的方法建立模糊評價模型;最后結合案例企業(yè),對本文提出的制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包決策方法模型進行了實證研究。通過本課題研究,分析出制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)業(yè)務外包發(fā)展中的決策問題并加以研究,確定決策方案,可以達到提高企業(yè)市場競爭力的目的,促進我國制造企業(yè)的業(yè)務外包環(huán)節(jié)健康快速發(fā)展。此外,該決策流程的應用有助于加深企業(yè)對自身的了解,對加強企業(yè)內(nèi)控、深化公司治理有較好的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, manufacturing outsourcing in our country has achieved great development in breadth and depth. However, due to the lack of scientific decision-making ability, many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in our country have blurred the division between core business and non-core business, which to a great extent led to the failure of outsourcing decision. Even lose the existing market competitive advantage. Most of the existing researches focus on outsourcing decision in the field of service, and lack of clear research and practice on outsourcing decision of production business. In addition, there is less research on how to construct evaluation index on the selection of outsourcing supplier. Therefore, the research of manufacturing outsourcing decision has great theoretical significance and application value. After analyzing the development of production outsourcing at home and abroad, this paper combines the industry characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and the necessity of research on outsourcing decision. Firstly, the concept of core production business of manufacturing enterprises is defined on the basis of theory and practice, and a discriminant model of core production business based on AHP is put forward, which provides a quantitative decision basis for outsourcing of production business. Secondly, aiming at the cost constitution characteristics of manufacturing enterprises' outsourcing and self-made production modes, the production scale-cost function is established. In order to calculate the scale of production in the break-even of outsourcing, the economic benefits of outsourcing are discussed from the overall point of view through the cost-saving rate, thus providing the decision makers with the basis of cost-benefit quantitative analysis of outsourcing under different modes of production. On the basis of taking full account of outsourcing strategic factors, this paper constructs the evaluation index of outsourcing company selection from five factors: enterprise performance, production capacity, R & D capability, enterprise qualification and environmental conditions, and follows the fuzzy characteristics of outsourcing selection. The fuzzy evaluation model is established by using FAHP method. Finally, the decision model of manufacturing enterprise outsourcing proposed in this paper is empirically studied with a case study. Through the research of this subject, the decision problems in the development of production outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises are analyzed and studied, and the decision scheme is determined, which can achieve the purpose of improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. To promote the healthy and rapid development of outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises in China. In addition, the application of the decision-making process is helpful to deepen the enterprise's understanding of itself, to strengthen the internal control of the enterprise and to deepen the corporate governance.
