【摘要】：新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代下,激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,給企業(yè)管理帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)。作為制造大國(guó),制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化更是進(jìn)入紅海時(shí)代。生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)中,設(shè)備是企業(yè)的重要支柱,也是企業(yè)順利發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。尋求高效益的設(shè)備管理體系,成為眾多企業(yè)管理者越來(lái)越重視的課題。面對(duì)自動(dòng)化、智能化程度越來(lái)越高的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,如何發(fā)揮設(shè)備的最大效益,降低設(shè)備維護(hù)費(fèi)用,提高設(shè)備綜合利用率,是企業(yè)必須面對(duì)和重視的問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)F公司在金屬加工中心(CNC)設(shè)備管理中存在的問(wèn)題,基于TnPM思想,探索研究先進(jìn)的設(shè)備管理體系來(lái)解決金屬加工中心設(shè)備管理中存在的問(wèn)題,為F公司的設(shè)備管理提供參考建議,同時(shí)也為微利時(shí)代下,代工企業(yè)如何發(fā)揮設(shè)備最大效益、降低設(shè)備管理成本提供方法。第一部分,根據(jù)設(shè)備工程學(xué)、全面生產(chǎn)維護(hù)(TPM)、全面規(guī)范化生產(chǎn)維護(hù)(TnPM)等相關(guān)的設(shè)備管理理論,通過(guò)研讀國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)備管理以及生產(chǎn)管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)期刊,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)備管理研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分,簡(jiǎn)單介紹F公司的現(xiàn)狀,描述F公司金屬加工中心設(shè)備管理的現(xiàn)狀,主要內(nèi)容包括組織架構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)管理、設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢保養(yǎng)管理、設(shè)備維修管理等,并通過(guò)調(diào)查搜集深入分析其存在的主要問(wèn)題。第三部分,基于TnPM設(shè)備管理體系思想,結(jié)合其理論知識(shí),深入分析F公司存在的問(wèn)題,探索研究解決方案�；赥nPM建立完善組織體系;以TnPM四要素為出發(fā)點(diǎn),深入挖掘現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題,制定現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的相關(guān)規(guī)范;以四個(gè)全為核心,建立全員設(shè)備維保體系以及制度規(guī)范;以SOON流程為依據(jù),根據(jù)設(shè)備的不同役齡,選擇不同的維修策略以及預(yù)防維修體系;結(jié)合F公司推行工業(yè)4.0的契機(jī),評(píng)估TnPM思想搭配智能制造,建立新的管理體系。第四部分,根據(jù)TnPM思想,結(jié)合F公司現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)F公司金屬加工中心設(shè)備管理問(wèn)題的研究,改善方案具有可行性,擬定計(jì)劃,逐步導(dǎo)入。希望能夠?yàn)樽非罄麧?rùn)最大化的制造業(yè)提供可行的設(shè)備管理的新體系,為智能制造的推行鋪路。
[Abstract]:In the new economic era, the fierce market competition and rapid economic development have brought new challenges to enterprise management. As a big manufacturing country, the competition of manufacturing industry is entering the Red Sea more and more with the globalization of the economy. Equipment is the important pillar of the enterprise and the important foundation of the smooth development of the enterprise. Equipment management system has become a problem that many enterprise managers pay more and more attention to. In the face of automation, the more and more intelligent production equipment, how to give full play to the maximum benefit of equipment, reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and improve the comprehensive utilization of equipment is a problem that enterprises must face and attach importance to. This paper finds that F company is in metal through investigation. The problems existing in the equipment management of the processing center (CNC), based on the TnPM thought, explore the advanced equipment management system to solve the existing problems in the equipment management of the metal processing center, and provide the reference suggestions for the equipment management of the F company. At the same time, it is also for the era of micro profit, how to exert the maximum benefit of the equipment and reduce the management of the equipment. The first part, according to the equipment engineering, the comprehensive production maintenance (TPM), the comprehensive standardization of production and maintenance (TnPM) and other related equipment management theory, through the study of domestic and foreign equipment management and production management related literature periodicals, analysis of domestic and foreign research status of equipment management. The second part, brief introduction of the status of the F company, The current situation of equipment management of F metal processing center is described. The main contents include organization structure, production management, equipment inspection and maintenance management, equipment maintenance management and so on. Through investigation and collection, the main problems are analyzed and analyzed. The third part, based on TnPM equipment management system thinking, combined with its theoretical knowledge, in-depth analysis of the existence of F company. In order to establish a perfect organization system based on TnPM, take the four elements of TnPM as the starting point, dig out the field problems and formulate the relevant specifications of the field management, and set up the whole equipment maintenance system and system specification with the four core, based on the SOON process, and choose different maintenance according to the different working age of the equipment. Strategy and preventive maintenance system, combined with the opportunity of F company to carry out industrial 4, evaluate TnPM thought with intelligent manufacturing and establish a new management system. The fourth part, according to TnPM thought, combined with the status of F company, through the research on the equipment management problem of F company's metal processing center, the improvement scheme is feasible, plan, gradually import. We hope to provide a new system of equipment management for the profit maximizing manufacturing industry, and pave the way for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing.
