【摘要】：制造業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步可以通過自主研發(fā)與國際技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)現(xiàn)。商業(yè)服務(wù)貿(mào)易是包括專利、研發(fā)在內(nèi)的知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)貿(mào)易,是國內(nèi)企業(yè)獲得國際技術(shù)溢出的主要渠道。利用WIOD數(shù)據(jù)庫計(jì)算出我國制造業(yè)對(duì)商業(yè)服務(wù)進(jìn)口的依賴程度,并基于我國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫2001-2007年企業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)商業(yè)服務(wù)進(jìn)口和企業(yè)自主研發(fā)是否促進(jìn)制造業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):自主研發(fā)和商業(yè)服務(wù)進(jìn)口對(duì)全要素生產(chǎn)率有顯著促進(jìn)作用;商業(yè)服務(wù)進(jìn)口可以促進(jìn)國內(nèi)企業(yè)自主研發(fā),二者共同促進(jìn)制造業(yè)企業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率提高。
[Abstract]:The technological progress of manufacturing enterprises can be realized through independent R & D and international technology transfer. Commercial service trade is a kind of knowledge intensive service trade, including patent and R & D, which is the main channel for domestic enterprises to obtain international technology spillover. Using WIOD database to calculate the degree of dependence of China's manufacturing industry on commercial service imports, and based on China's industrial enterprise database 2001-2007 enterprise panel data, An empirical study on whether the import of commercial services and independent R & D promotes the technological progress of manufacturing enterprises is carried out. The results show that independent R & D and commercial service import can significantly promote total factor productivity, and commercial service import can promote independent research and development of domestic enterprises, both of which can promote the total factor productivity of manufacturing enterprises.
