【摘要】：正我曾經(jīng)入職貴陽(yáng)南明老干媽風(fēng)味食品有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱老干媽)財(cái)務(wù)部門工作是因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)內(nèi)部控制空白點(diǎn)。某日,老干媽財(cái)務(wù)部接到電話得知:經(jīng)銷商收貨實(shí)際數(shù)比"發(fā)票賬單及發(fā)貨單"數(shù)量多80件,要求清查。財(cái)務(wù)部組織盤點(diǎn)卻發(fā)現(xiàn)賬實(shí)相符。管理層經(jīng)過調(diào)查,還原了事情真相:成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)保管員確實(shí)多發(fā)貨80件,當(dāng)天收班人員自行盤庫(kù)時(shí)就發(fā)現(xiàn)了問題,但當(dāng)時(shí)不敢聲張,又擔(dān)心月底盤虧面臨"賠償責(zé)任",于是收班
[Abstract]:I once joined Guiyang Nanming Laoganma Flavor Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lao Gan Ma) financial department work because of an internal control blank spot. One day, the old dry mother financial department received a telephone call: the actual number of dealers received more than the "invoice bill and invoice" more than 80 pieces, asked to check. The accounting department organized an inventory but found that the account was in accordance with the facts.
