【摘要】：以項(xiàng)目管理為主要形式、多學(xué)科協(xié)同攻關(guān)為主要特征的油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理是國際石油公司普遍采用的管理理念和方法。中石化西北油田分公司借鑒油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念,將各領(lǐng)域的管理創(chuàng)新成果進(jìn)行有機(jī)整合,建立了油藏增值管理體系,同時(shí)引入管理會(huì)計(jì)工具方法為該體系提供戰(zhàn)略支持。
[Abstract]:Reservoir management, which is mainly characterized by project management as the main form, is the main characteristic of multi-disciplinary research, is a common management concept and method adopted by international oil companies. The management accounting tool is introduced to provide strategic support for the system.
