【摘要】：2017年6月27日,中國造紙協(xié)會發(fā)布《中國造紙協(xié)會關(guān)于造紙工業(yè)"十三五"發(fā)展的意見》。以做到統(tǒng)籌行業(yè)全局發(fā)展,統(tǒng)籌行業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展,統(tǒng)籌行業(yè)與環(huán)境和諧發(fā)展,統(tǒng)籌國內(nèi)發(fā)展和對外開發(fā),為加快實現(xiàn)我國造紙工業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下堅實基礎(chǔ),推進我國造紙工業(yè)從造紙大國向現(xiàn)代化強國邁進�！吨袊旒垍f(xié)會關(guān)于造紙工業(yè)"十三五"發(fā)展的意見》回顧了我國造紙工業(yè)在"十二五"期間取得的主要成績及存在的主要問題,分析了目前我國造紙工業(yè)面臨的形勢和挑戰(zhàn),指出了"十三五"期間我國造紙工業(yè)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則和發(fā)展目標(biāo),明確了我國造紙工業(yè)在"十三五"時期的主要任務(wù),并提出了意見實施的保障措施。本刊全文刊登《中國造紙協(xié)會關(guān)于造紙工業(yè)"十三五"發(fā)展的意見》,以供讀者參考。
[Abstract]:On June 27, 2017, the China Papermaking Association issued the opinions of the China Papermaking Association on the Development of the Paper Industry during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan. In order to coordinate the overall development of the industry, the regional development of the industry, the harmonious development of the industry and the environment, as well as the domestic and external development, it will lay a solid foundation for accelerating the modernization and sustainable development of China's paper industry. The opinions of the China Papermaking Association on the Development of Papermaking Industry during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period were reviewed, and the main achievements of the papermaking industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan period were reviewed. The main problems that exist, This paper analyzes on the situation and challenges facing China's papermaking industry at present, points out the guiding ideology, basic principles and development objectives of the development of China's papermaking industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and clarifies the main tasks of China's papermaking industry in the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan. And put forward the safeguard measure of the opinion implementation. The full text of our magazine published the opinions of the China Papermaking Association on the Development of Papermaking Industry in the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for readers' reference.
