【摘要】:汽車(chē)工業(yè)作為中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著中流砥柱的作用。中國(guó)的汽車(chē)工業(yè)不僅對(duì)其上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有強(qiáng)勁的帶動(dòng)作用,而且解決了大量的就業(yè)問(wèn)題。因此,從宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)就業(yè)兩方面角度來(lái)講,汽車(chē)工業(yè)已成為我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的"穩(wěn)定器"。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,中國(guó)汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)國(guó)際化程度不斷加深,吸引了大量外資在華投資設(shè)廠與汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)口,這對(duì)中國(guó)本土汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的沖擊。作為技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)水平?jīng)Q定了市場(chǎng)占有率。那么,高技術(shù)水平的外資引進(jìn)與汽車(chē)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口,對(duì)于我國(guó)仍在發(fā)展中的本土汽車(chē)企業(yè)是否會(huì)產(chǎn)生正向的知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng),是否會(huì)推動(dòng)本土產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,提高其市場(chǎng)占有率,以及吸收能力對(duì)國(guó)際知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)的影響,正是本文的研究重點(diǎn),這對(duì)于中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)未來(lái)健康穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的研究方法。首先,對(duì)外國(guó)知識(shí)溢出途徑進(jìn)行理論分析,并將吸收能力對(duì)知識(shí)溢出影響機(jī)制分為三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行討論,根據(jù)理論分析結(jié)果建立實(shí)證模型。其次,以中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,實(shí)證分析國(guó)際知識(shí)溢出對(duì)中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的影響。通過(guò)選取《汽車(chē)工業(yè)年鑒》中1998年至2015年18年間汽車(chē)工業(yè)的行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)建立時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)模型,利用ADF單位根檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證數(shù)據(jù)平穩(wěn)性,并通過(guò)差分對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,利用協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)研究各變量間長(zhǎng)期相關(guān)性,利用誤差修正模型驗(yàn)證各變量之間短期相互作用,最后通過(guò)OLS模型進(jìn)行回歸分析,得出變量間相關(guān)關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)際知識(shí)溢出主要通過(guò)FDI渠道和進(jìn)口渠道對(duì)中國(guó)本土汽車(chē)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響,FDI溢出效應(yīng)為負(fù),而進(jìn)口溢出效應(yīng)為正;吸收能力各因素對(duì)國(guó)際知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)作用并不一致,其中技術(shù)差距具有抑制作用,科研人力和資本投入具有促進(jìn)作用;技術(shù)差距度量的吸收效應(yīng)對(duì)FDI和進(jìn)口渠道溢出效應(yīng)影響均存在正"U型"的非線性作用,即隨著吸收能力的不斷加強(qiáng),當(dāng)吸收能力超過(guò)臨界點(diǎn)后,國(guó)際知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)將會(huì)不斷增強(qiáng),對(duì)我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)增長(zhǎng)具有顯著正影響,因此應(yīng)加大內(nèi)資企業(yè)技術(shù)投入,減少國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)技術(shù)差距,提高企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)際知識(shí)的吸收能力。最終提出建議,中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的關(guān)鍵是要挖掘和培育內(nèi)部動(dòng)力,而非依賴于進(jìn)口和FDI溢出效應(yīng),從模仿學(xué)習(xí)到自主創(chuàng)新的轉(zhuǎn)換是中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步路徑的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry in China's industrial economy, automobile industry plays an important role in China's economic development. China's automobile industry not only has a strong driving effect on the development of upstream and downstream industries, but also solves a large number of employment problems. Therefore, the automobile industry has become the "stabilizer" of our country's macro economy from the angle of macroeconomic development and social employment. Under the background of economic globalization, the degree of internationalization of China's automobile market is deepening, attracting a large number of foreign investment in China to set up factories and imports of products related to the automobile industry, which has had a huge impact on the development of China's domestic automobile industry. As a technology-intensive industry, the technical level of the automobile industry determines the market share. Well, whether the introduction of high-tech foreign capital and the import of automobile products will have a positive knowledge spillover effect on the domestic automobile enterprises that are still developing in China, whether it will promote the technological progress of local industries and increase their market share. The influence of absorptive capacity on international knowledge spillover effect is the focus of this paper, which has positive practical significance for the healthy and steady development of Chinese automobile industry in the future. This article uses the research method which the theory and the demonstration unifies. Firstly, the foreign knowledge spillover approach is theoretically analyzed, and the mechanism of absorptive capacity on knowledge spillover is divided into three aspects, and an empirical model is established according to the theoretical analysis results. Secondly, taking the Chinese automobile industry as the research object, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of international knowledge spillover on the technological progress of China's automobile industry. By selecting the industry data of automobile industry from 1998 to 2015 in the yearbook of Automobile Industry, the time series data model is established, and the data smoothness is verified by ADF unit root test, and the data is processed by difference. The cointegration test is used to study the long-term correlation of variables, the error correction model is used to verify the short-term interaction between variables, and the regression analysis of OLS model is carried out to obtain the correlation between variables. It is found that the FDI spillover effect of international knowledge spillover is negative and the import spillover effect is positive mainly through FDI channel and import channel, and the absorptive capacity factors have different effects on international knowledge spillover effect. Among them, the technology gap has the inhibition function, the scientific research manpower and the capital input have the promotion function, the absorption effect of the technology gap measure has the positive "U" nonlinear effect to the FDI and the import channel spillover effect. That is, with the continuous strengthening of absorptive capacity, when the absorptive capacity exceeds the critical point, the international knowledge spillover effect will continue to strengthen, which has a significant positive impact on the technical growth of China's automobile industry, so we should increase the technical input of domestic enterprises. Reduce the technological gap between domestic and foreign enterprises and improve their ability to absorb international knowledge. Finally, it is suggested that the key to the technological progress of China's automobile industry is to tap and cultivate internal power, rather than relying on imports and FDI spillover effects. The transformation from imitation learning to independent innovation is the inevitable choice of the technological progress path of China's automobile industry.
