【摘要】：從2014年起國際石油價(jià)格開始迅速下跌,直接導(dǎo)致俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退。2013年到2015年國際油價(jià)從每桶118美元下滑至每桶不足50美元。石油價(jià)格的劇烈波動與西方國家對俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁措施造成俄羅斯貨幣危機(jī)和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)危機(jī)發(fā)生。俄羅斯是產(chǎn)油大國,目前俄羅斯已探明原油儲量達(dá)到1114.42億噸。俄羅斯的燃料動力聯(lián)合體決定20%多國內(nèi)總產(chǎn)值的附加值,50%左右國內(nèi)出口總值及40%左右國家預(yù)算總稅額。為了擺脫原料出口的依賴,俄羅斯應(yīng)該采取許多調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和完善金融制度的政策措施。本文的重點(diǎn)在于俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀分析,石油危機(jī)和石油市場的特點(diǎn)研究,國際油價(jià)波動如何影響俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,包括俄羅斯金融制度、進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易、采掘業(yè)、加工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。最終提出相應(yīng)對策和建議。全文共分六個(gè)部分。緒論部分主要闡述論文題目的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究方法和內(nèi)容。第二章主要的內(nèi)容是石油危機(jī)的相關(guān)理論以及石油危機(jī)與經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)相互關(guān)系的分析。本文的第三章對于石油危機(jī)現(xiàn)狀,俄羅斯石油市場和俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,包括進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易、投資和國際合作的方面。第四章的內(nèi)容是石油價(jià)格波動對俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響研究,以及石油危機(jī)發(fā)生之后,對于俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)宏觀指數(shù)的變化和各個(gè)行業(yè)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。其中包括石油價(jià)格對俄羅斯國內(nèi)總產(chǎn)值、貿(mào)易差額、收支平衡、通脹率影響分析,油價(jià)波動對俄羅斯盧布、采掘業(yè)、加工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響研究,以及油價(jià)波動對俄羅斯人民生活水平影響研究,包括失業(yè)率,收入水平等。本文第五章的研究核心是對于石油危機(jī)對俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響提出相關(guān)發(fā)展方向和建議。
[Abstract]:International oil prices have fallen rapidly since 2014, leading directly to a recession in Russia, with international oil prices falling from $118 a barrel to less than $50 a barrel between 2013 and 2015. The sharp fluctuation of oil price and western economic sanctions against Russia caused the crisis of Russian currency and economic structure. Russia is a major oil-producing country, Russia has proven crude oil reserves of 111.442 billion tons. Russia's fuel-powered consortium decided to add more than 20% of GDP to about 50% of GDP and about 40% of total state budget taxes. In order to get rid of the dependence of raw material export, Russia should take many policy measures to adjust the economic structure and perfect the financial system. This paper focuses on the analysis of Russia's economic situation, the oil crisis and the characteristics of the oil market, how the fluctuation of international oil prices affects the development of the Russian economy, including the Russian financial system, import and export trade, and extractive industries. The development of processing and service industries. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The full text is divided into six parts. The introduction part mainly elaborates the research background, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research method and the content. The second chapter is about the theory of oil crisis and the relationship between oil crisis and economic crisis. The third chapter studies the current situation of the oil crisis, the Russian oil market and the Russian economy, including import and export trade, investment and international cooperation. The fourth chapter is about the impact of oil price fluctuation on the Russian economy, and the analysis of the changes of the macro index of Russian economy and the development data of various industries after the oil crisis. These include an analysis of the impact of oil prices on Russia's GDP, trade balance, balance of payments, inflation, and the impact of oil price fluctuations on the development of Russian roubles, extractive industries, processing industries and services. And the impact of oil price fluctuations on the living standards of the Russian people, including the unemployment rate, income levels and so on. The core of the fifth chapter is the development direction and suggestion on the impact of the oil crisis on Russia's economic development.
