【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,石油化工行業(yè)的爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),特別是煤化工的大量興起,民營(yíng)企業(yè)幾千萬(wàn)噸級(jí)煉油化工配套項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)、建設(shè)、開(kāi)車(chē),同時(shí)國(guó)家逐步開(kāi)始允許國(guó)際化能源公司以合資、獨(dú)資形式進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)廠(chǎng),使國(guó)內(nèi)石化企業(yè)整體面臨更加復(fù)雜的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境,更加激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),生存壓力越來(lái)越重,企業(yè)只能轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,樹(shù)立科學(xué)有效的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理理念,建立和完善運(yùn)營(yíng)管理機(jī)制,依靠強(qiáng)有力的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理手段來(lái)提高管理效率、提高管理質(zhì)量、降低管理成本,應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化等一系列管理問(wèn)題,提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。應(yīng)用質(zhì)量管理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、可靠性管理等理論,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究結(jié)果,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究和人員訪(fǎng)談的方法,深入了解分析N石化公司的各種管理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出問(wèn)題,制定相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施。質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命線(xiàn),提高質(zhì)量管理是保持企業(yè)持久發(fā)展的必要途徑。生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的第一場(chǎng)所,提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有力工具;可靠性是企業(yè)安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的保障,提高人員、設(shè)備可靠性是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。本文從當(dāng)前N石化公司生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及不足作為突破口,通過(guò)管理手段,對(duì)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步提升,確保企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)正常開(kāi)展,最終達(dá)到效率高、成本低、質(zhì)量硬、可靠性強(qiáng)的目標(biāo),為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the explosive growth of the petrochemical industry, especially the rise of a large number of coal chemicals, private enterprises have established, built, and started tens of millions of tonnage oil refining and chemical auxiliary projects. At the same time, the state has gradually begun to allow international energy companies to set up factories in the form of joint ventures and sole proprietorship. As a result, domestic petrochemical enterprises as a whole are faced with a more complex business environment, more intense market competition, and more pressure to survive. The enterprise can only change the management idea, set up the scientific and effective operation management idea, establish and perfect the operation management mechanism, rely on the powerful operation management means to improve the management efficiency, improve the management quality, and reduce the management cost. To deal with a series of management problems, such as market changes, to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Applying the theories of quality management, field management and reliability management, combining with the research results of related theories at home and abroad, using the methods of literature research and personnel interview, we can deeply understand and analyze the management situation of N petrochemical company, and find out the problems. Ask questions and work out corresponding improvement measures. Quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, and improving quality management is the necessary way to maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise. Production site is the first place for enterprises to create value. Improving site management is a powerful tool to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and reliability is the guarantee of safe and stable operation of enterprises. Improving the reliability of personnel and equipment is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. Based on the problems and deficiencies in the production and operation of N Petrochemical Company at present, this paper takes the management means to further promote the production and operation system, to ensure the normal development of business activities, and finally to achieve high efficiency and low cost. Hard quality, strong reliability of the goal for the sustainable development of enterprises to provide a strong guarantee.
