【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建能源消耗、環(huán)境污染治理與投資的收益和效用均衡模型,分析能源消耗結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)保規(guī)制與投資結(jié)構(gòu)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):工業(yè)能源消耗結(jié)構(gòu)受到污染排放和治理、投資結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)、價(jià)格等因素的影響,區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和資源稟賦條件的差異也影響著能源消耗結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。由此從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、政府調(diào)控和市場機(jī)制等方面提出能源消耗結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化對策。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the internal relationship among energy consumption structure, environmental protection regulation and investment structure by constructing the income and utility equilibrium model of energy consumption, environmental pollution control and investment. The empirical results show that the structure of industrial energy consumption is affected by pollution emission and treatment, investment structure, technology, price and other factors, and the difference of regional industrial structure and resource endowment also affects the optimization of energy consumption structure. From the aspects of industrial structure, government regulation and market mechanism, the optimization of energy consumption structure is put forward.
