【摘要】：本文借鑒國內(nèi)外海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過對市場、企業(yè)、科研單位的調(diào)研收集資料,運(yùn)用德爾菲法、SWOT分析法、頭腦風(fēng)暴法和雷達(dá)圖分析等方法,采用專家咨詢、召開研討會,研究國內(nèi)外海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展動態(tài),分析海洋藥源研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,系統(tǒng)闡述海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,分析資源開發(fā)到終端產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的技術(shù)構(gòu)成和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)壁壘,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和共性技術(shù),按不同的發(fā)展階段的時間層次提出海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)研發(fā)需求和主攻方向。通過以上分析得出福建省海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)近期五年的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)是水產(chǎn)品深加工綜合利用、規(guī)模化開發(fā)利用藥源生物資源和海洋功能食品開發(fā)。發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是加快產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè),促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。中期的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)是規(guī)�；_發(fā)利用藥源生物資源、完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈以及人工養(yǎng)殖培育與發(fā)酵技術(shù)開發(fā),戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是開發(fā)利用藥源生物資源形成規(guī)模,培育百億產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。遠(yuǎn)期的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)是規(guī)�；a(chǎn)、海洋藥物及中間體開發(fā)、海洋生物農(nóng)藥、生態(tài)制劑、酶制劑、生物材料開發(fā)以及公共技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺,戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)為向海洋藥物高端產(chǎn)品發(fā)展,建成千億產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。研究福建省海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為海洋藥源研究開發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)提供解決關(guān)鍵和共性研發(fā)技術(shù)指南。以便充分發(fā)揮福建省海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)資源、科技對臺合作的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ),促進(jìn)福建省海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)的科技進(jìn)步和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。使福建省海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)能順應(yīng)“經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)”發(fā)展模式,緊抓“十三五”的黃金發(fā)展機(jī)遇,促進(jìn)福建省海洋藥源產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級。
[Abstract]:This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign marine pharmaceutical source industry research present situation and the practice experience, through to the market, the enterprise, the scientific research unit investigation collection data, uses the Delphi method and the SWOT analysis method, the brain storm method and the radar map analysis and so on the method. Using expert consultation, holding seminars to study the development trend of marine pharmaceutical source industry at home and abroad, analyzing the research and development trend of marine pharmaceutical source industry, and systematically expounding the marine pharmaceutical source industry chain, Analyzing the technical structure and technical barriers of industrial development from resource development to the industrial chain of terminal products, the key technologies and common technologies of the extension of the industrial chain, According to the time level of different stages of development, the demand and main direction of technology research and development of marine pharmaceutical industry are put forward. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that the development of marine pharmaceutical source industry in Fujian Province in the recent five years is focused on the comprehensive utilization of aquatic products, large-scale development and utilization of pharmaceutical biological resources and the development of marine functional food. The strategic goal of development is to speed up the construction of industrial parks and promote industrial agglomeration. In the medium term, the emphasis is on the large-scale development and utilization of pharmaceutical source biological resources, perfect industrial chain, artificial breeding and fermentation technology development. The strategic goal is to develop and utilize pharmaceutical biological resources to form scale and cultivate tens of billions of industrial chains. The long-term development focuses on large-scale production, the development of marine drugs and intermediates, marine pesticides, ecological agents, enzymes, biomaterials development and public technology service platforms. The strategic development goal is to develop high-end marine medicine products. A hundred billion industrial clusters will be built. This paper studies the development strategy of marine pharmaceutical source industry in Fujian Province, and provides key and common R & D technical guidelines for marine pharmaceutical source research and development institutions. In order to give full play to the resources of marine pharmaceutical industry in Fujian Province, the regional advantages and industrial basis of scientific and technological cooperation with Taiwan, and to promote the scientific and technological progress and industrial development of marine pharmaceutical source industry in Fujian Province. In order to promote the optimization and upgrading of marine pharmaceutical source industry in Fujian Province, the marine pharmaceutical source industry in Fujian Province can conform to the development mode of "new normal economy", grasp the golden development opportunity of "the 13th Five-Year Plan" and promote the optimization and upgrading of marine pharmaceutical source industry in Fujian Province.
