【摘要】：中國(guó)要落實(shí)"中國(guó)制造2025"成為制造強(qiáng)國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),關(guān)鍵靠人才,如何把新生代制造業(yè)工人培育成為具有工匠精神的新生代技術(shù)工人,是中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)制造強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵之處。具有工匠精神與工匠靈商的新生代技術(shù)工人,既是中國(guó)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,也是新生代技術(shù)工人自身發(fā)展的要求。為此,必須從新生代技術(shù)工人學(xué)習(xí)、企業(yè)管理、職業(yè)教育、制度建設(shè)、社會(huì)風(fēng)尚引導(dǎo)五方面入手,探索新生代技術(shù)工人工匠精神及工匠靈商的培育機(jī)制和培育路徑。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the strategic goal of "made in China 2025" to become a powerful manufacturing country, China depends on talents. How to cultivate the new generation of manufacturing workers into a new generation of skilled workers with craftsmanship is the key to realize the strategy of making a strong country in China. The new generation of skilled workers with the spirit of craftsmen and craftsmen are not only the needs of the development of China's manufacturing industry, but also the requirements of the development of the new generation of skilled workers themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the cultivation mechanism and path of craftsman spirit and craftsman's spirit of new generation technical worker from five aspects: learning, enterprise management, vocational education, system construction and social fashion guidance.
