【摘要】：新疆是我國(guó)重要的能源基地,新疆的石油資源對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)具有重要意義。建國(guó)以后,國(guó)家大力支持新疆石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展,新疆的石油工業(yè)發(fā)展迎來了新的歷史機(jī)遇。1949—1966年期間,新疆的石油工業(yè)發(fā)展取得了很大的成績(jī),由原先的僅有新疆獨(dú)山子一處油田,發(fā)展到南北疆都發(fā)現(xiàn)了新的油田,并對(duì)這些油田進(jìn)行了較大規(guī)模的開發(fā)。更重要的是,新疆的石油產(chǎn)量不僅滿足了新疆的社會(huì)需求,而且還將部分油品運(yùn)往內(nèi)地,支援國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和國(guó)防建設(shè)。文章共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分?jǐn)⑹雒駠?guó)時(shí)期的新疆石油開發(fā)的主要發(fā)展歷程和取得成績(jī),并分析民國(guó)時(shí)期新疆石油工業(yè)未能取得較大成績(jī)的原因;第二部分?jǐn)⑹鲋刑K石油股份公司時(shí)期的新疆石油工業(yè)建立的國(guó)內(nèi)外背景以及取得的成績(jī)和不足;第三部分?jǐn)⑹?955—1960年克拉瑪依油田的開發(fā)和南疆地區(qū)油田的初步開發(fā);第四部分?jǐn)⑹?0年代新疆油田全面調(diào)整的原因、措施和意義;第五部分闡述1949-1966年新疆石油工業(yè)的主要成就及不足之處;最后是結(jié)語部分,總結(jié)建國(guó)后新疆石油工業(yè)發(fā)展的原因、過程、意義,為以后新疆石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is an important energy base in China, and its petroleum resources are of great significance to national economic construction. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the state made great efforts to support the development of Xinjiang's petroleum industry. The development of Xinjiang's petroleum industry ushered in a new historical opportunity. During the period of 1949-1966, the development of Xinjiang's petroleum industry made great achievements. New oilfields have been discovered in northern and southern Xinjiang from the original only one oil field in Dushanzi, Xinjiang, and these oilfields have been developed on a large scale. More importantly, Xinjiang's oil production not only meets Xinjiang's social needs, but also sends some oil products to the mainland to support the country's economic and national defense construction. The article is divided into five parts: the first part describes the main development process and achievements of Xinjiang oil development during the period of the Republic of China, and analyzes the reasons why Xinjiang petroleum industry failed to make great achievements during the period of the Republic of China; The second part describes the domestic and foreign background of the establishment of Xinjiang petroleum industry in the period of Sinopec, the third part describes the development of Karamay oil field in 1955-1960 and the preliminary development of oil field in southern Xinjiang area. The fourth part describes the reasons, measures and significance of the overall readjustment of Xinjiang oil field in the 1960s; the fifth part expounds the main achievements and shortcomings of Xinjiang petroleum industry in 1949-1966; finally, the conclusion part summarizes the reasons for the development of Xinjiang oil industry after the founding of the people's Republic of China. Process, meaning, for the future development of Xinjiang petroleum industry to provide certain reference significance.
