JRD公司薪酬體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)鍵將是人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在人力資源的眾多影響因素中,薪酬體系是其重要內(nèi)容,是推動(dòng)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的有效激勵(lì)手段。完善的薪酬體系是中小企業(yè)吸引和激勵(lì)科技創(chuàng)新人才的有力因素,有針對(duì)性的制定符合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的一套科學(xué)完整的薪酬體系,業(yè)已成為中小企業(yè)提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。本文以JRD公司為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究、定量與定性分析等方法,對(duì)其薪酬體系進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)薪酬管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行深入分析,了解薪酬管理的基本內(nèi)容和方法。其次,通過問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法,開展薪酬體系調(diào)查,找出JRD公司薪酬體系存在的問題。根據(jù)薪酬體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的原則,通過分析公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及工作崗位分析等前期準(zhǔn)備工作,提出JRD公司薪酬體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,建立適合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的薪酬體系。最后,對(duì)新的薪酬體系在實(shí)施過程中可能存在的障礙提出配套機(jī)制。通過本文研究,JRD公司可以通過新型的薪酬體系來吸引和保留人才,進(jìn)而可實(shí)現(xiàn)借助人力資源對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的支撐目的。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the key of competition among enterprises will be the competition of human resources. Among the many influencing factors of human resources, salary system is an important content and an effective incentive means to promote enterprises to achieve their strategic goals. The perfect salary system is a powerful factor for small and medium-sized enterprises to attract and encourage scientific and technological innovation talents. It has become a key factor for small and medium enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. This article takes JRD Company as the research object, according to the literature research, the investigation research, the quantitative and the qualitative analysis and so on, carries on the analysis to its salary system, then proposes the optimized countermeasure. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the related literature on salary management is analyzed deeply to understand the basic contents and methods of salary management. Secondly, through the method of questionnaire, interview, carry out the investigation of compensation system, find out the problems of JRD compensation system. According to the principle of optimal design of compensation system, by analyzing the internal and external environment of the company and the pre-preparation work such as job analysis, this paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of the compensation system of JRD Company, and establishes the compensation system suitable for the development strategy of the enterprise. Finally, the paper puts forward the supporting mechanism for the obstacles that may exist in the implementation of the new compensation system. Through the research of this paper, JRD Company can attract and retain talents through a new salary system, and then achieve the purpose of supporting the enterprise development strategy with the help of human resources.
