嘉陵集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略精益營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理研究

【摘要】:嘉陵集團(tuán)作為我國(guó)國(guó)有大型企業(yè),摩托車及其發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、特種裝備以及汽車摩托車零部件等是其生產(chǎn)的主要產(chǎn)品。近年來面對(duì)低位運(yùn)行的資金外部環(huán)境和摩托車銷售量下滑的資金內(nèi)部環(huán)境,公司經(jīng)營(yíng)出現(xiàn)虧損,銀行資信度下降,不得不面對(duì)銀行收縮信用貸款及提高貸款利率的后果,從而進(jìn)一步加大了公司的融資難度以及融資成本,并開始影響公司資金鏈的穩(wěn)定。在面臨前所未有的重大危機(jī)之際,亟需運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略精益營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理來提高資金使用效率,應(yīng)對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)困難,使企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)危為安。本論文通過三種研究方法(文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查,個(gè)案研究和定性分析),發(fā)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略精益營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理原則是梯次分明的,模型是隨企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境而變的,模式是精確落實(shí)到每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)的。創(chuàng)新之處在于以嘉陵集團(tuán)為例,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略精益營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理給企業(yè)帶來的影響進(jìn)行深層研究,將精益管理和營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理兩大理論體系首次有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,并從簡(jiǎn)單的業(yè)務(wù)層次上升至戰(zhàn)略層次,深入研究戰(zhàn)略精益營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理對(duì)嘉陵集團(tuán)的影響,有機(jī)結(jié)合理論與案例,為國(guó)有大型摩托車企業(yè)改善公司營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理提出具有實(shí)踐意義的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Jialing Group, as a large state-owned enterprise in China, produces major products such as motorcycles and their engines, special equipment and auto and motorcycle parts. In recent years, in the face of the external environment of low operating funds and the internal environment of funds with declining motorcycle sales, the company has suffered losses in its operation, and the confidence of the banks has declined, so it has to face the consequences of banks shrinking credit loans and raising loan interest rates. It further increases the financing difficulty and financing cost of the company, and begins to affect the stability of the company's capital chain. In the face of unprecedented major crisis, it is urgent to use strategic lean working capital management to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, to deal with financial difficulties, so that enterprises turn the corner. Through three research methods (literature survey, case study and qualitative analysis), this paper finds that the principles of strategic lean working capital management are clear, and the model changes with the internal and external environment of the enterprise. The pattern is precisely implemented to every detail. The innovation lies in taking Jialing Group as an example to make a deep research on the impact of strategic lean working capital management on enterprises, and combine the two theoretical systems of lean management and working capital management organically for the first time. And from the simple business level to the strategic level, in-depth study of strategic lean working capital management on the impact of Jialing Group, organic combination of theory and cases, This paper puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions for the state-owned large motorcycle enterprises to improve the management of the working capital of the company.
