【摘要】：基于1998—2011年新成立的中國工業(yè)企業(yè)微觀數(shù)據(jù),采用傾向得分匹配方法克服樣本選擇性偏誤問題,運用Cox比例風險模型考察創(chuàng)新行為對企業(yè)生存的影響效應與創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、員工教育的調(diào)節(jié)效應。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)創(chuàng)新傾向正向影響企業(yè)生存,創(chuàng)新企業(yè)較非創(chuàng)新企業(yè)有更好的生存前景;(2)創(chuàng)新強度與企業(yè)生存之間存在非線性的"S型"關(guān)系,過低和過高的創(chuàng)新強度均不利于企業(yè)生存;(3)良好的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新環(huán)境和行業(yè)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境顯著增強創(chuàng)新行為對企業(yè)生存的促進作用,而政策支持并未有效改善創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的生存狀況;(4)員工教育投入的增加為創(chuàng)新企業(yè)贏得更多的生存機會。采用加速失效時間模型進行穩(wěn)健性檢驗,本項研究的結(jié)論依然成立。因此,創(chuàng)新行為是維持企業(yè)生存的關(guān)鍵,創(chuàng)新環(huán)境的建設及員工教育的投入對于企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新實踐意義重大。
[Abstract]:Based on the microcosmic data of newly established Chinese industrial enterprises from 1998 to 2011, the tendency score matching method is used to overcome the problem of sample selectivity bias, and the Cox proportional risk model is used to investigate the effect of innovation behavior on the survival of enterprises and the innovation environment. The regulatory effect of employee education. It is found that the innovation tendency has a positive effect on the survival of the enterprise, and the innovative enterprise has a better survival prospect than the non-innovative enterprise. (2) there is a nonlinear "S" relationship between the innovation intensity and the survival of the enterprise. Too low and too high innovation intensity are not conducive to the survival of enterprises. (3) good regional innovation environment and industry innovation environment significantly enhance the promotion of innovation behavior to the survival of enterprises. But the policy support has not effectively improved the survival condition of the innovative enterprises. 4) the increase of the staff education investment has won more survival opportunities for the innovative enterprises. Using the accelerated failure time model to test the robustness, the conclusion of this study is still valid. Therefore, innovation behavior is the key to maintain the survival of enterprises. The construction of innovation environment and the input of staff education are of great significance to the innovation practice of enterprises.
