【摘要】：IST公司隸屬深圳市公安局深圳市特種證件制作所,專門從事身份證、社�？�、居住證等證件制作及相關(guān)設(shè)備研發(fā)制造。NH自助發(fā)證設(shè)備定制項目是IST公司為NH公司機組人員研發(fā)設(shè)計的護照自助存儲分發(fā)設(shè)備,用以取代人工存儲,發(fā)放證件。該項目的的按時交付將直接影響用戶全面開展實施”證照自動化管理系統(tǒng)”推廣工作進度,進而影響公司產(chǎn)品市場開拓和利潤。然而,由于各方面的原因,造成NH自助發(fā)證設(shè)備定制項目進度延遲非常嚴(yán)重,如何有效的改善IST公司項目進度管理是目前亟待解決的問題。本文以IST公司在NH自助發(fā)證設(shè)備定制項目開發(fā)過程中的項目進度管理為研究對象,在公司原NH自助發(fā)證設(shè)備定制項目進度管理流程的基礎(chǔ)上,運用相關(guān)項目進度控制理論和方法,對IST公司項目的開發(fā)過程存在的項目進度問題進行了總結(jié),并對產(chǎn)生項目進度延遲的原因進行了深入的分析。同時,在分析了 IST公司NH自助發(fā)證設(shè)備定制項目項目管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出的改進措施。論文在NH自助發(fā)證設(shè)備定制項目進度優(yōu)化管理研究,有助于IST公司以及自助發(fā)證定制化設(shè)備制造行業(yè)更好的進行項目進度控制,同時也有助于自助發(fā)證定制化設(shè)備制造行業(yè)流程優(yōu)化水平的提高及綜合管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:IST Company belongs to Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, Shenzhen Special Certificate production Institute, specializing in identity cards, social security cards, Development and manufacture of residence permit and related equipment. NH self-issued equipment customization project is a passport self-service storage and distribution equipment developed for NH crew by IST Company to replace manual storage and issue certificates. The timely delivery of the project will directly affect the development and implementation of the license Automation Management system (AMS) by users, and then affect the company's product market development and profits. However, due to various reasons, the delay of project schedule of customized equipment for NH self-issued license is very serious. How to effectively improve the project schedule management of IST is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes the project schedule management in the development process of NH self-issued equipment customization project of IST Company as the research object, based on the original NH self-issued equipment customization project schedule management process of the company. Based on the theory and method of project schedule control, this paper summarizes the project schedule problems in the development process of IST Company, and analyzes the causes of project schedule delay. At the same time, the improvement measures are put forward on the basis of analyzing the project management status of NH self-issued equipment customization in IST Company. In this paper, the research on the project schedule optimization management of NH self-issued equipment customization is helpful for IST Company and the manufacturing industry of self-service certification customization equipment to better control the progress of the project. At the same time, it also helps to improve the level of process optimization and the level of integrated management of customized equipment.
