【摘要】：本篇文章首先對(duì)工程監(jiān)管單位的財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)控管理的基本原則進(jìn)行闡述,從財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制意識(shí)薄弱、不健全的財(cái)務(wù)制度、缺乏科學(xué)的預(yù)算管理、評(píng)價(jià)與監(jiān)督機(jī)制不完善四個(gè)方面入手,對(duì)當(dāng)前工程監(jiān)管部門財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制管理存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行解析,并以此為依據(jù),提出加強(qiáng)工程監(jiān)管單位的財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)控管理的有效措施。
[Abstract]:This article first expounds the basic principles of the financial internal control management of the project supervision unit, from the weak consciousness of the financial internal control, the imperfect financial system, the lack of scientific budget management, Starting with the imperfect evaluation and supervision mechanism, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financial internal control management of the engineering supervision department at present, and puts forward some effective measures to strengthen the financial internal control management of the engineering supervision unit.
